well had my dressings / foam supports off on thursday- yipee! ps said i'm fine to wear whichever bras as long as don't rub scar etc. my skin is soooo sensitive to touch last few days that even soft cotton feels rough! sore in crease.....ouch! and tesco? 683465 i have just been wearing soft seamless crop top but feel i want a bit of support. great....it's xmas eve tomorrow and i have stacks of cooking to do!

sooooo does anyone know if tesco do bras in 30 inch bandwidth? there's a big store near here. if not should i go for a 32? my ps said i wouldnt need a sports bra, but hell i don't want this soreness all xmas! or is this just normal anyway? it's my left, the right isnt sore...yet!! also, i can kinda feel the edge of the implant inside, well i think i can, in my left. tho it is quite possible that i'm just not used to having any weight there, or any vague crease!! ...omg just had a slight moment of ' my small boobs were so easy and comfortable'...only a moment...phew!

ok girls, when does this sensitivity thing calm down, think i preferred the stabbing pains to this !!! i should ve got a bra by now, i know, think i was so comfy with the foam supports i got complacent, plus wasnt sure of size. am currently holding both up a bit with my left arm!!

Hiya.

My local tesco does this size but its a tescoextra - also you need to know that they do this stupid old fashioned measurement system - you know the one that goes like this ... if you a 30 band width you have to add four to the size you buy - its bloody ridiculous - on the hangers theres a cardboard thingumy that explains how you should measure yourself - it makes for confusing reading!

I would say still go for a soft bra - from personal experience its not only the rubbing on the skin that causes more discomfort its the firmness of the underwiring - it made me feel bruised more. I took the advise of the lovelies on here and bought one and took the bones out (but keep them and put them back in when you ready) Dont do it with a balconnet like I did tho cos they just flop about with no bones in sore in crease.....ouch! and tesco? 557141 - am a div arnt i.

Dont feel bad about that moment of wishin your old bits back - I have done this too once or twice and for the silliest reasons - I found it really hard to get into favourite comfy position in bed - in the crook of DF's arm - cos I didnt know where to put my t*t sore in crease.....ouch! and tesco? 199385 - now its not so tender and Im used to having them around its easier. Oh and the running - think it was easier with my old ironing board - would never never want to go back like that full time tho!

Im still pretty sensitive - particularly one side - but its easier all the time. I still dont think my size is settled - PS said it could take a while longer yet anyway and I keep finding that bras I find comfy in the cup are getting bigger - uuuhhh sore in crease.....ouch! and tesco? 869500 ive a drawer full of stuff that no-good now ... that'll teach me for buyin them too quick tho eh but I loooooove bra shopping now - and reaching for the ones at the back of the rack instead of the front - or worse still the teen ones.

Hope you manage to get sorted - if not get someone else to cook the dinner and get your feet up chick! xxx

Hey Hun you'll be sore in the crease for a while yet sorry I'm 3 months tomorrow and still not wearing wired bras but even bras with wires snipped out ache my incision points after a full day wearing them! It gets easier hun if ur tesco is big u shouldn't have an issue getting a sports bra I got one from there although ur unlikely to get a 30 band but sports bras fit different I find so 32 will feel comfy and u can do it tighter xxx

It's reassuring to know I'm not the only one soreness in the left crease. I'd just put it down to doing things I shouldn't be.

I too was in tesco's last night buying more sports bra's and I had to buy a bigger band and cup size so that I was more comfortable. I went with the medium impact one and they are lovely and soft.

Hope you find something comfortable xx
