Spoke to my PS today, happy :)
I spoke to Simon Withey today over the phone since we ran out of time at my second consult. I've decided to go ahead with lift and implants after lots and lots of thinking.
My main concern was with the implant projection. I was scared mods would look like pecs, especially since I'm getting small implants, but scared high would look too round. Anyway, he had said both would look nice on me. But based on my desired shape anatomicals would be ideal, but I don't want them. He said my best option for me would be the mods after all (which are the lowest Nagor Impleos come in). He said the Impleo sizing/projection is quite generous, they don't make a true low profile, so there's no way they'd look like pec muscles, especially since I'm getting overs and the mucle won't be there to flatten the implants. He said he only ever tried implanting a true low profile once, it was very flat, pancake like, and he took it out and replaced it with a higher projection right away as it didn't look right.
Last time he recommended 210 or 180cc, because I said I was fine with only a conservative increase. Anything smaller wouldn't be worthwhile, and too big would not be ideal for overs since I am lean (athletic build). I asked him if 240cc would be ok instead, he said it would be fine, so now he'll be ordering 240 and 210cc instead, which I'm much happier about. I really don't want to go down to 180 to be honest. The 210cc looked like the right size in a bra last time, but I would rather he order the 240cc, don't want to lose any size once they're in (though he said this isn't an issue with overs). Guess it'll be down to his discretion which ones I get on the day.
Anyway, he wants me to book a final consultation with him before op. He's off for half of January, I won't be having another consult until February, then I book op, so it's still months away. Hope I don't change my mind again, lol. Including the two consults so far, the phone one today, and the last one which I will book in the new year, that'll be a total of four consultations! Anyhow, he's very nice and it was a pleasure talking to him, I feel much better now that he's answered some of my many questions

Thanks kara! I'm the type of person who always has questions, so it's nice to have a ps who listens and explains things thoroughly :)
I feel so impatient though, now I have to wait until January to call my pcc who's away for a while to book yet another consultation, but PS is right, I really do need another one before going ahead with op. I was hoping to have an op date when I saw him a couple of weeks ago, but it looks like I won't book the big day for another couple of months
You haven't got long now kara, you must be excited!

Thanks ladies!
Yeah, I feel like I've actually made the decision now. It's been a lot of going back in forth in my head for the past couple of years. I spoke to my best friend over the skype yesterday as we live in different counties. She's had overs for 16 year now, she showed them to me, and they are still gorgeous and high! She says they still look good, there's no point of replacing them until she's had children and the damage is done. .
