Scars.... what to expect Empty Scars.... what to expect

Post by steph999 12th December 2011, 9:09 pm

Hey ladies,
You've all been so helpful on here I thought you;d be able to help me out again.
I'd just like to know what the scars are like throughout the process and whether they are noticeable once fully healed. Any pics would be fantastic, I just want to be 100% prepared before I commit to anything but looking to have the op in jan (cancellation). My surgeon didn't mention where he'd make the scar so I assume it'd be under the breast in the crease. shrug

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Hi Hun,

As you have seen from my pics the scars look great. They are like a paper thin cut in the crease. I'm only 7 weeks post op so am expecting them to barely be noticeable in the future xxx

If you have any scars already once fully healed they will look like that. If yours are crease incisions they will be a few inches long, useually about 3 and they heal quite quickly
