Going Bigger...

I had unders and mine never sat high at all. They dropped quickly and I don't have any sign of that "stuck on" look that you can get with overs. If you have unders, the muscle covers the implant and you get a more natural, smooth look instead of two balls sitting on your chest. Pain was very minimal as well. I work out 2 hours/day 7 days/week lifting weights and I haven't noticed any movement or pain associated with unders at all. Don't even know they are there. No distortion either. GL

I was also told the 'overs' give you the more 'fake' look, but as i quoted before they will never stay looking round and fake, its only going to take a set time before nature brings them down a bit.

I have to agree... I always thought that overs looked more obvious.

Maybe it has nothing to do with whether it is placed over or under, maybe the fake look (as well as the natural look) can be achieved by both.

Now I need to know for sure how they achieve the fuller, more rounded look!

hey ms london, i wish i had seen your profile before my op, I would have brought it to my surgeon and said this is how I want to look. I had high profile unders 385cc and they are way way way too small :( reop is out of the question as I cannot afford another one. best of luck to you x

One of our Mods Cookie once done some games on here....one was you had to look at lots of pictures of a girls breasts and guess their bra size...once you posted what size you thought you can then see their true bra size which was quite intersting as it makes you realise how wrong or far out your own judgement can be.

Also someone posted a link to a game which again was pictures of girls boobs and you had to guess which were "real" boobs and which were "fake" boobs which again was quite shocking at how many girls really couldnt tell the difference!



So Im thinking maybe a can you tell the difference between "unders" boobs and "overs" and people can answer each one with either under or overs and a reason why then get the result at the end............think it would be quite interesting just not sure how it would have to be set up so will speak to the other mods......

BTW I just realised something... I'm starting to look at my avatar pic with different eys. My boobs do look quite big and round . Now I can totally see why I might sound a little loopy! lol

Its all to do with the bra. I know I keep saying it, but my boobs do NOT look like this naked or when I'm not wearing a padded bra. I'm struggling with the fact that I still need to wear a padded bra . And I dont where a low cut white vest every day!

I probably should just be happy with the fact that I 'CAN' look like this ....

But I still want them bigger

Aww hun thats the great thing with overs, you can get the "fake" look in a nice push up bra but once the bra is off with out the muscles supporting your implants they sit into a very natural look which I think is fab as you get the best of both worlds

I had a bra fotting at Bravissimo and the lady was saying " isnt it great to have what you were born with in a now perfectly fitted bra!" I was cringing lol

hi hun - my only comment is about transform - i thought they were great but the biggest the surgeon would offer me was 320's but mybreast said 460! which is what i went with and he suggested no smalled as due to having had babies my skin had already stretched that much. have you spoken to different surgeons?

def same scar as I asked my surgeon that.

Yep Mr M loves using big implants but its not always a great idea in the long run..........I had 460cc over ( as he only likes doing overs as he feels it gives a more natural look) and he said I could go 525 or even order bigger in BUT I have very little breast tissue and I have got a fair bit of rippling when I take my bra off so probably a good thing I didnt go any bigger...........I LOVE the size I have now so I wouldnt have gone any smaller in size to stop the ripples I now have if that makes sense?!

So what Im trying to say is the one who offered you the smaller may well have been thinking about rippling etc even if it was possible to go bigger and the other one who offered you bigger might not be so worried about rippling so offered the biggest you could go....like I say I could have gone alot bigger then 460cc but it wouldnt have looked good did they exsplain why they would go upto each size?

I didn't get a second opinion as I felt so comfortable with Transform. I knew the previous PC and she was lovely, I had my 1st consultation about 2 yrs ago and paid a deposit (but I transfered that to another procedure instead).

When I had my 2nd consult I asked to go as big as possible and he measured me (every which way) and said 410 was the max. I did all my research on this size to get an idea of how big I would be etc and was really excited. Then on the morning of the op he came round and said they were too big, wouldn't look right and then handed me an A4 sheet of paper with all the possible complications of going for bigger implants. He wanted me to go with 310, I nearly cried! Why wait till the day to drop that bombshell. I was beyond devastated, but also scared about having complications. I wish I'd just said 'use the 410s'... There's only about 50cc difference.

If he had said 310 or 365 in the consult then I defo would have got a 2nd opinion.

What I dont understand is how Jordan managed to go up to 1000cc's, she started of a B cup. I remember the PC saying that the price increased if you wanted to go for the massive boobs like an F cup and over because they had to order them in specially. Even some of the glamour models who have DD''s or C cups, some of their implants look different.. as if they are completely filled, hence no rippling. That was my impression anyway, I could be absolutely wrong! Jordan did'nt have that much breast tissue if she started off a B cup, how the hell did she end up going as big as she did?

Worsley1 I am looking at going from a 270low to a 395 hp similar to what you had. Is there a huge difference? Are you happier?
