What do you mean saying "fake"? To me your boobies look fake now

"what do the surgeons do different for the 'fake' look, as surely they place them in the pockets that are made and its your body that sits them in the pockets after so many weeks/months and obviously nature and the weight of the impants and not going to keep them looking 'fake' for very long."...............I think this is spot on advise,

I was told that if your "bottom heavy with not much upper pole fullness" that can never be changed regardless of the sized implant you chose as thats the natural shape of your breast and all a b.a can do is enhance your naturall shape........

I have 460cc implant which is classed as large and Im bottom heavy as thats my natural shape, my nipple to neck measurment is alot shorter then normal so placing the implant makes me look bottom heavy, my natural shape.

I do not think youll change the bottom heavy part or even give yourself more upper fullness by going bigger, I think they will just look bigger bottom heavy boobs as thats your natural shape

Also I think its all about the amount of breast tissue your have the decides wether youll have "fake" looking boobs or not , not really the size implant e.g look at victoria beckham when she had her B.A and everyone said they were fake straight away and yes it was very clear they were but she didnt have huge boobs just didnt have alot of breast tissue due to being so slim so the shape of the implant could bee "see" as it were.

Also deciding to have overs give you a more natural look as the implant sits in your actual breast tissue and isnt supported by the muscles like under girls get. Unders tend to look higher and rounder which you may want to consider....

ooh crystal this has excited me.... i thought overs gave a more fake look, not sure where i got that from!! But pleased that unders give a higher rounder look as thats what i've got with my unders and was the look i was after.... really glad i had unders now

My PS told me that overs always looked more "done". Unders is more natural and less noticeable....I have always been told this by several PS's....

I was told the opposit and can say myself after looking at many picture that overs give you a more natural look as the implant sits within your boob tissue and unders sit higher and rounder as they are supported by the muscle that hold them in place....almost placed on your chest so perfectly..........

When I had my overs done the 1st week they looked high and round bu then once gravity kicked in and my swelling went down then dropped into my natural breast shape....if you want the high rounded look id go for unders as large as you can go!



I LOVE the "fake " lookand would have loved unders but I have very tight strong chest muscles so felt it was to much of a risk that my tight muscles would cause the implant to sit to high or distirt them into a odd shape when if I used my chest muscles and also dueto how tight my muscle were I could only go for the smaller implants......so I went to over and BIG implants lol....Im also a pain wimp and just didnt like the idea of having something under my muslces incase I felt the implant move when I used the muscles and unders are ment to hurt more post-op

hmm..strange...coz when you look at overs and unders pics..overs look def more fake ...this is only my opinion.

If I would have known that unders take way longer to D&F than do overs, I would have totally went the over route...
