Will my overs change - Im 10 weeks PO today x

As above really.

I had 335 and 365 overs from a 34b/32c and for the first 3 weeks they were nice and round. Now they have dropped quite a lot and they have no upper pole fullness at all. They look almost saggy as tho the implant is all at the bottom.

I asked for a natural look and I have certainly got that - naked you'd never tell Id had a BA!

In my avator I have a good cleavage in my bra but naked they don't look that great :-( xx

I can't advise I am afraid as I am pre BA but this is one of the things I am worried about once I have my BA as apparently all my breast tissue sits low so I will just have a bigger version of what I already have

Hi Debs I know it's difficult for me to ask for advice when I don't have pictures. I do have some on picturtrail but not updated one's - Im going to try and update it in the next few days.

Don't worry hun, you haven't worried me anymore that I was already worried!

One surgeon says I was borderline uplift but felt the uplift was not necessary. The next one said absolutely need an uplift. The last one said borderline again but does not recommend an uplift if children are planned in the future. Sorry don't mean to hijack your thread, just want to keep an eye on other people's feedback.

I am holding on to the fact that my boyfriend has said a bigger version of my current boobs is fine by him :-)

Don't worry about hijacking the thread. It was a bit silly of me to ask for advise when I don't have my picture trail account up to date anyways. Im going to update it soon then come back and ask again, lol! I am interested to know if overs can still change after 10 weeks - probably not!

It must be frustrating when they say different things. But of course if you can avoid the uplift then you are going to go for that option. And as long as your boyfriend's happy Your surgeon must be confident in what he is doing so try not to worry x

Normally my boyfriend has stayed out of the decisions as he wants me to be happy with my decisions but as I said to him, I know in a bra with support they will look good and the only time they will be out of a bra is when I am sleeping or when we are getting naughty so I needed his honest opinion.

I have chosen Mr Meleagros as he made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities. He said they will sit slightly lower than I probably expect them too but he believes I will still be happy. On the basis I am terrified they will look like to beach balls, slightly lower is fine with me, lol! Also having seen Ms London's avatar and Nikita and Tanya's plus some others picturetrails I do like the results he has given.

He's a fantastic surgeon and has a great reputation so you're in good hands. x

Well Tracy, as we have already established, we have the same boobs (sorry I just love this icon, I think its hilarious)

As for changes... Yes I think u still have a few more to go through. I am 4 months PO and I thought I was all done at 6wks.

Lately I've noticed that my boobs stick out a little more. The skin is totally relaxed and supple now. Boobs are very very soft and I can make a nice cleavage. And thats all I can report for the time being. But I'll keep u posted x x x

Hi Tracy, I'm just over six months (I think) and mine are still changing so I would say you will also have changes to go through. Mine have got softer and the position/shape has improved and they have also got bigger, after my BA I was an E cup, then and F cup and in the last couple of weeks I've now gone to a G cup!

Mine look and feel very natural now. A guy I've been seeing never knew I had implants until I told him - he then carried out a further investigation (thought that was the politest way I could put it!!) and he said if I hadn't shown him the scar he still wouldn't have been convinced!! x

I have "bottom heavy boobs" Im not sure if thats what you think you like but I was like you, woke up with nice round boobs at just the right hight but after 2 weeks they "dropped"....well the implants did moving most of the implant below my nipples leaving me with very little upper pole fullness.

I wouldnt class them as "saggy" as I have no overhang, you no when they do the pencil test ...you hold a pencil under your boob and your boobs droop over the pencil classing them as saggy boobs but with mine it was different as mine didnt sag at all , still pert and if you put a pencil under them and let go it would drop to the floor! lol but the implant litrally slid down my chest wall inside me!

I though at 1st I had " bottomed out" if you google it it mainly looks like bottome heavey boobs so I was really upset and convinced their was somethin wrong with me as most girls on here have more implant above the nipple but afer talking to a few P.S and our resident P.S on here t6hey all told me I was crazy and that my boobs looked "bottome heavy" and that actually thats the most desirable look in B.A and what a P.S would most like to create!



It took me quite some time to get my head around as I was so convinced that I was not notrmal and that something was wrong but after a while looking online at picturesI finally realised that yes not many girls have the bottom heavy look but actually its a very good look and if a few P.S are going to say its the look thats ideal then hell im happy!
