Chestbands........the bain of my life
Ok i'm only 5 days after op but already my chest band is driving me insane and is definatly the most painful part of the op. I look forward to washing everyday as it gives me a few moments free of an uncomfortable sports bra and painful chest band....,,.is anyone else suffering like this, I swear wearing the bra and band hurts more than the actual ba. I'm not even sure I need all of this support as my boobs are really not very big after the op.

Hi hun, I do totally understand how you feel. Although not causing me any pain it is so uncomfortable & restrictive. I am now on 5 weeks and 4 days wearing it .... Can't wait for it to come off at the weekend !!!! On the plus side my boobs have dropped really well into place so there must be a good reason for wearing it.
Chin up babe, it'll be worth it. Big hugs as you sound quite down xx hope you are doing ok xxxxx

When I have been asking about dressings etc the surgeons have said I will have covers over the incisions and then a sports bra, does this mean I won't have a chest band?
