Post by starjem 17th January 2012, 6:46 pm

Im thinking to change from 340cc to 375cc. I want to go up two sizes and I think its gonna be ok but then someting in the back of my mind is saying if I go with 340 ill only go up one size...hmmm

To begin with I was going with 400cc because Mr Sforza and Mr Durruso said thats what I need to go two sizes up.

I didnt feel cofortable with Mr sforza because he did not measure me. He just told me to raise my top and from the other side of the room and said "400".

I felt very comfortable with Mr Durruso but he said 400 and he said the same to my sister. She weighs much more than me and she's a bit taller. Now my sister has had her BA, I think hers are huge.

Then I had a consultation with Mr Seno. He made me feel great and he measured me and did my body dynamics.

I really did go on at Mr Seno about going up two sizes and not one. I feel sorry for him on the day cause im going to stress that I dont intend to do this again in a hurry so get it right...PLEASE

I was having 340 at first but I spoke to my surgeon at my second consult with him and I asked about the difference between 340 and the next size up (which was the 375s) he said not much a few millimetres all around, he said 375 would be the biggest he'd let me have so I've changed from 340 to 375 as ppl say u should go the biggest ur offered or you'll regret it??!x

Im going to THG tomorrow, so ill have another chat with my surgeon then, if hes available. If not ill have a chat on the day. Depending on his advice, ill make my choice

He did say to me not to go for 400. He gave me the option of 375cc and 325cc. I tried both sizes with my body dynamics.

To me 375cc looked ridiculous and 325 looked perfect, so we chose 340 to go a bit bigger than perfect.

As im typing, I remember a friend a few years back with the exact same build as me. She had 300cc and they looked perfect but that was all. I remember thinking she should have went bigger cause she would have carried it well...hmmm

S4mmie it just depends on what your personally looking for, as you've probably seen some girls have found that they've come out too big and dont like it soit just depends on what you think.

For me i'd rather wake up HUGE than think 'what have I wasted my money on, no difference'
- My ps wont go any bigger on me but i'll still say on the day that if he can fit a bigger one in to go ahead!

And starjem im guessing since your sister is heavier she had bigger boobs to begin with? So you'd end up smaller than that.

I think the best option is to just explain to your ps the best you can EXACTLY what you want and at the end of the day their the experts.
My ps REFUSES to go any bigger on me and assures me they will be big enough so I believe him (kinda.. haha)

Hi Mozelle, hope you're feeling good today x

Yes, dressings came off today, my scars look great, you can hardly see anything just a thin red line. I've just had the best shower I've had in a long while!

SarahMichelle I know what you mean, Im back at work now too, and it seems like nothings happened, back to normality. None of the lads I work with have noticed anything so far so thats good, but I've been wearing quite baggy tops, so we'll see ...

Not long now Steph and Aurora!January Buddies - Page 16 154564

Oh thats so good about your scars!!! That was the one thing i was most worried about to begin with!
I think no one will say anything even if they do notice, they'll just assume they got bigger or wonder why they never noticed how big they were before! I think were all just paranoid everyones onto us!

Good to hear your scars are alright.

First day back was fine for me too, no one noticed a thing (only that my hair had grown loads).

Excited for all you girls with ops coming up :) with regards to all the size convos, I was a b cup before, I had 360/320 cc implants and they do seem massive to me.

I must admit when I first had them done they didn't feel large, but over the last week thay have come together more and loosened up a bit and they feel much bigger now than they did after the op. I do believe that having the right size for your frame massively contributes to them ooking "real" as opposed to "done", so surgeons can be right to set limits but depends which is more important to you. xx

I agree with you Sarah Michelle, its really important to go for a size that is realistic to your frame. I had 300cc implants and I think they are the ideal size for me, not too noticeable but very normal looking! I think when you look down at yourself they look smaller than when you look in the mirror tho!

Mine have started to soften a bit too, still quite numb tho, also the gap in between seems less now, so i can honestly say I'm really really pleased with my results so far!January Buddies - Page 16 923101 xx

My sister has always been large breasted. The last child took everything she had in the breast department and I mean everything. She had an up lift and BA. There was nothing there and thats why I was so shocked at the size of them. From an empty C cup to a full F cup.

As I said, I have had this discussion at length with my surgeon and I will have it again in 9 days. Whatever the size , its gotta be more than I have.

If I'm honest when I was having the 340's I was a bit worried I may end up slightly smaller than I wanted and therefore decided to go with the 375's... But now I do keep thinking are they going to be too big?!
I guess I just have to trust my surgeon at the end of the day and he said he def wouldn't go any bigger then that for me.
I guess what your saying is right Steph and everyone is different some ppl just want the same look as what their padded bra gives them but without the padding whereas others like myself want a noticeable difference although I do not want an unnatural look or size for my frame...
Im sure what ever size we'll be we'll all love our new boobs! Got to be better than what we've got now anyway!x

Glad to hear that work's gone well for you both Gillmoo and SarahMichelle - and that they're softening and feeling more your own. Think I'm going to have to find some looser fitting tops for when I go back to work.l

3 more sleeps to go! Stars and back to pondering on sizes.
I really don't want to be too big but I am worried that if I don't go for the biggest size that I am allowed I will regret it....... oh the dilemma!
I am also thinking f*** it if I am going to do this I may as well do it properly, but then I bottle and think I will look ridiculous........... argh!

Other than that dilemma, I am really excited, have all my lists written, journey planned, money on oyster card, just waiting for a couple more bits to arrive (things like bioplast belly button bar etc) and then I am all set. Going shopping tonight for prune juice, snacks, water, healthy lunches etc then my OH is doing the main shop on Saturday while I am in hospital as he is in charge for cooking for the next week!

2 days for you Steph woohoo!

This is exactly my dilemma little miss. I loved my boobs when I was a DD/E cup but always wanted to be a little bigger and I think that the 460 will be enough to take me to the F I would like to be, but what if it doesn't?! And even if it does will I wish for a little bit more again?! or do I go for the 525 and risk wishing that I had been sensible and stuck with the 460, ohhhhhh so hard to choose!

Ooh it's so tricky isn't it Hun. All I can say is that if I had my time again I would go for the biggest size I was offered. I still think what if? If you think you'll be happier bigger than having the regrets of not going big enough then go for the bigger size Hun. Can you try them on again on the day of the op? xxx

Post by s4mm1e 19th January 2012, 7:31 am

Is the amount of worrying I'm doing normal? I never thought I'd feel like this but I really keep worrying that my boobs aren't going to look nice after surgery?! I'm not a worried about the op as much as I'm worried after after the op?! I've wanted this for years I've been so excited I think it could be because I've wanted it for so long I now feel that it's too good to be true that I'm actually having it done next week!
Any tips on how to feel better? Thanks!

Completely normal hun, my current list of thoughts are:
"OMG what if I screw up my body",
"what if I should just accept what I have",
"what if I look ridiculous",
"how do i decide which size"
Oh and the latest one is "what if I ask the surgeon to make the decision and because he has the two different sizes in the theatre he gets muddled and I get one of each size instead of a pair!!!!"

Steph this time tomorrow you will be in hospital hun! In 48hrs I will potentially be done!!!!!!
