Dressings off today...
Went to see the nurse today, she said they were healing well, and I could finally have a shower ...wooo!!
She said one is a bit more swollen than the other, which I can see as it is a little higher than the other still (was my smaller one to start with), although, the less swollen one feels a bit more tender... hmmm does this sound normal?
She also said I could get measured in about 4 weeks... cannot wait!!!

Yippeee! Glad to hear all went well Hun. Must be sooo nice to have a shower! All sounds totally normal hun, I was told to treat each boob as separate ops as they both heal & recover at different rates.
I've nearly reached the 6 week mark & am going to get measured properly :) also get to ditch the chest strap. ... Finally! Yay xxxx

Yay holly bet it feels great, i had my first shower a few days after he did say i could 24hrs after but i was too scared!
I have to have my dressings on for a further 3 weeks, but so far nurse said there looking good, starting to look 'natual' already which is fab, they are softening up so much aswell.
