Re: When do you get stretchmarks post op?
I use bio-oil or palmers stretchmark cream (I prefer bio-oil but can't always afford it!) to help with old stretchmarks on my hips now I have lost weight. I have also started using them on my boobs already in case it helps with reduction the liklihood of stretchmarks post op.
It helps keep a smooth cleavage too - my friend is 50+ and swears her smooth cleaveage (she is not small at 30GG) is due to moisturising religiously every day for the past 30 yrs)

I haven't had stretchmarks but am extremely veiny now (yuck) guess from them being pushed to the surface.
I plan to ask my PS in 2 weeks when I go for my 3 month check up which creams to use on my scars - I'll let you know!!

I've been lucky...haven't had any stretchmarks - I was expecting them as my skin has had to stretch loads, as I had no boobs b4. I have used a bit of bio oil when I remember!

I have used cocoa butter all along... already have a few stretch marks from weight training but not had any more as yet. I ssuppose now all there is to worry about is if and when they d&f and the skin stretches more.... well hopefully! lol

Hey sweetcarol - I'm still waiting for D&F and if I get a couple of stretchmarks...it wouldn't be the end of the world. :)
Just want D&F to happen soon! Lol

Re: When do you get stretchmarks post op?
You might not get stretch marks from your implants if you were already stretched out from pregnancy??
My boob skin was stretched from being fat and losing weight, and my implants have just filled in the lose skin, rather than going heaps bigger. If thats the case, you might get away without needing to worry about stretch marks too much?
My PS hasn't told me to use anything on my scars as far as creams go. But I have to keep them taped up for 6 months. They are fine as a hair at the moment... fingers crossed the tape will keep them that way!
