Hello ladies. Sorry its a grumble I'm afraid.

I'm so so SO sore today. Pain killers hardly makin a difference since waking in middle of thenight. I have bought one of then gel packs that you can freeze or microwave. Fed up being cold - yeah it works but also makes me so cold my nips hurt worse. So I decided to try it hot - I've got it on now - I JUST wanted to check with you lot that noone has found any problems doin it. I've not got it too hot.

Sorry for the moan, feeling sorry for myself an a bit teary. Bugger.

Not sure u should use hot water bottle as that will dilate blood vessels and make swelling worse...when u need to do the opposite.
Sorry but u will feel more human soon. I'm four months now and I remember after third week even tho I was still in pain I understood the reasons and knew how to react.

THanks for that - Ooops I've had it on a while now. Will go back to the cold one. Most of the time I accept that there has to be some pain, just feeling tired an mardy today. Need to give myself a kick up the bum and not dwell on the pain.

The pain is mainly in the middle - a little into the left boobie but mainly the bone in the middle - its a bit bruised there so I suppose thats what causing it. I do think its more the bone there that hurts (sternum?) so wondering if I position the gel thingy just between my boobies if it will be ok?

As for the boobie tissue itself pain - just putting my hands over them really really helps - sort of comforting - wish darling fiance wasnt at work then he could hold me while I type is it ok to use hot water bottle? 199385

- am sure he wouldnt mind!

Honestly Ive never felt myself up so much in my life hahahah

shame hun i feel for you its teribbly painful at first. yea the gel pack on your sternum would do well. I know what you mean about being cold i did not want to put freezing peas on my chest, maybe to put the hot water bottle on your back or your legs can make you feel quite comfortable, are you taking some ibrobrufen, i see your 8 days in it should feel better soon x

Thanks bronzewolf. Yeah am taking nurofen for swelling as well pain. Thinking the bath I just had was the best cure for the blues - Ive just posted a long ramble regarding it is it ok to use hot water bottle? 199385

Goin for a cuddle with my girlies on the sofa now - Ill even suffer 'I Carly' or 'Wizards of Waverley Place' with them now Im so chilled out.

Hey Kat4, you should try 2 bags of frozen peas on the boobies and the hot water bottle on your back. I was told nothing hot on the boobs.

This is a really good combo for discomfort though!

Also wanted to say, you look amazing - may I ask how much weight you lost? *(you had mentioned you lost some weight pre-BA)

I'm trying so hard myself (well, admittedly I could be trying harder to stay off the sweets!)

How did you do it??

A couple of years ago I had got to a size 16 (ooooh) but am now an 8/10. Its mainly down to the running. I've tried every diet there is over the years but never did overly well, its definately exercise that does it for me! Oh and of course the love of a good GOOD man is it ok to use hot water bottle? 899188

And also I hear you about having the good man - unfortunately, it makes me want to stay home with him and drink wine instead of hit the gym!
