Importance of 'shopping around'
Hey ladies.. Had consults number 2 & 3 today with Transform (Mr Netri) & THG (Mr Hassan).. So glad I booked appointments with a few companies/surgeons as its really amazing how different their opinions & recommendations can be (regarding everything from size, shape, placement, drains, showing, aftercare)! Already saw Ms Antoniadou (Birkdale) last week & up to now my instinct is to go with THG as Mr Hassan was fantastic & also offered me the biggest implant out of the 3 surgeons. Quoted for the Natrelles at £4400 (managed a £200 discount).. Birkdale was initially tempting as quoted me only £3000 but i'm trying not to be swayed by price..
Currently 34A and Mr Hassan recommended 445CC high profile.. Any thoughts? xxx

Go with who you feel most comfortable and not because of price and the clinic. If you felt comfortable with Mr hassan book with him. I had 1 consultation witgh Mr hassan and booked straight away as felt very happy and at ease with him, trying to get to see him before op but he is so booked up its really hard.

Re: Importance of 'shopping around'
From what I have seen and read... Mr hassan quite likes big implants... But of the results I've seen they look fab!! I felt he really listened to what I want to achieve and thought of the outcome. I'm really confident that he treats each case as individual- which is so important as we're all different!! He was my first consult- when on to have 3 others which made me realise how much I liked mr hassan and wanted to book with him. 1 thing I will say is THG will probably reduce price from that... Especially if u leave it a couple of weeks! When are you looking for surgery? I'm booked 4th dec.

I am going with Mr Hassan on Monday! I too only saw him but instantly felt very comfortable & happy he would achieve the result I was after! He is very pro the natrelles... He didn't really discuss the other option. But he does have very very low revision rate & takes pride in his work! I have paid £4095 for my procedure on Monday so definitely haggle with price Hun. I too got the impression he likes larger implants, though I am going for the smaller of the XHP he offered me. Good luck! x

I think he offers you what he knows to be best but i think he is aware that patients may feel that they havn't gone bigger so thats why he offers the 2 or 3 different sizes to give you a bit more option.

Re: Importance of 'shopping around'
Yes definitely Vicci. He offered me 3 sizes in the XHP range and also one in the HP range just so I could see the difference. It was very helpful as I realised I would have had to have gone significantly smaller in the HP range due to keeping the same width. Always a good sign also when they are very busy! I tried to make another appointment to see Mr Hassan last week, but he was fully booked so only got to see my PCC. Also when I booked in, the 24th Oct was an additional surgery date he had agreed to due to demand!!!

Same with me about the date of surgery, and when i had my consultation that was an extra day in the cardiff clinic he did, but he never says no! lol....I think i might just book in to see my pcc as the date she has given me to see him i cant make it so and thats only 9 days before surgery, so il see her instead. Lovely to hear that he is busy as obviously many people want him..think we have opted for a fab surgeon!

I agree Jojo he seems like a genuinely nice, professional guy who takes a lot of pride in his work and results.. That's a great price you got hun do you mind me asking how you managed that as i'd love to haggle on my quote a little.. xxx
