Joining the flat chested avatar brigade

I think its more the choice of surgeons that I am struggling with! Even though I havent even met him yet, I have had my heart set on Stephen Hamilton for awhile, but I know the sensible thing to do is to go and see other surgeons as well! Just need to get my head around who else I actually want to see!! x

Hmmmm, well I have researched my little heart out and cant find any negative stories, only positive! And god knows I have tried, lol!
I did look at a surgeon with Spire, but dont think they offer the same level of aftercare as MyBreast.
Did speak to Surgicare and THG, and to be honest just speaking to the phone girls put me off, lol!
So I guess that leaves MYA and Transform, but to be honest Im not sure on which surgeon to see with them? xxx

Alot of girls on here have used both, why not put up a new topic asking for recommendations and then request pics to see and go from there x

Just so you know I only saw my surgeon as I had my heart set and he made me feel confident that I wanted him, not saying that was the best thing to do, but my mind was made up xx

I think I will put my avatar up tomorrow of my AA's. You ladies have given me a boost of encouragement. I'm looking at my boobs more fondly today. Only because I know they will be transformed pretty soon. Peggysue what date is your BA? I think we're on the same week. I'm the 20th dec.

Wow peggysue didn't realise we were the same day! I'm going with Mcindoe surgical centre, Mr Arstein. Going for a 300cc implant I think. Overs and yet to discuss profile as I was still undecided between the 280 or 300 option he gave me. I'm surprised I'm having overs as I had convinced myself i would be given unders as I'm so tiny, but I have had 2 kids and breastfed so probably have more breast tissue than I realised. Same questions back to you? Xx

Well I am 33 have 3 kids 12,9 and 18months breastfed all. Have been left with sad lookin 34a boobs
Im going through mya my surgeon is mr Chantarasak im having 460cc overs. I was offered 525cc but they would have to go under the muscle. It took me ages to decide but the whole quicker recovery helped me decide.
My surgery will be as a day case at Riverside hospital london (the big transform one)

Well done for all the breastfeeding. I didn't manage to bf my first child for more than 1 week, but second child was a great success and lasted 20 months. Have you got much help with your youngest child when you're back from the op? I have my husband and mother in law. My 2 yr old is a very cuddly boy and I'm so hoping I will manage our cuddles when I'm in early days of recovery. Still can't believe it's going to happen

Oh I didnt feed as long as you, 10 weeks with no1, 10 days with no2, 6 weeks with no3. What would you do if you had another with your new boobs? I am so mixed about it I think I would at least try and feed the first week

My husband to be has 2 weeks of work thats why im having it done so near to xmas.
I know I cant believe it either I brought a really nice top yesterday which is going to look lovely with my boobs. No more feeling like a boy! And it was my chap that persuaded me to buy it . I cant believe im getting excited about a v neck jumper

I think my baby making days are over. My youngest is a terrible sleeper so it's put me off baby no 3! But if it were to happen, I would try and bf again and pray they don't look too bad afterwards. 20 months was too long for me but my son had other ideas. Xx

Well the pics have all changed quiet alot, maybe not for all but one day they will all be boobyfied.

And secondly, I thought I should pop in and explain why I have been absent from Boob Book!
You girls are all amazing, and I havent got a bad word to say about one of you!!! But I was finding it increasingly dificult to come on and read about everyones stories when I am sooooo far away from my own. I dont want to be a whinge and keep banging on about how much I want boobs but cant afford them, and I dont want to keep banging my head against a wall, lol, so decided to take a little time out from it all.
I am genuinely over the moon for all of you, you all deserve to be happy, and I dont want to rain on anyones parade.
I know at some point I will be back, probably once I am at a point where I can book my own journey. In the meantime I have joined the gym and am trying to raise my self esteem in other ways. And of-course, I am saving my little toosh off, lol!!
