I probably wouldn't have gone through with it! lol I did very little research (other than checking out my surgeon) and was happy to be guided by his recommendations. I had no idea till afterwards that having unders is a longer recovery, nor how painful having drains removed would be (I didn't even know what they were for!)
I'm pretty impulsive in a lot of things though and once I'd decided to go for it I wanted my boobs asap! No regrets though.

I think my surgeon said it all "just because you can have bigger doesn't mean you should!".
I would've gone for a bigger implant if he offered it but I told him what I wanted to achieve (asymetry, fuller and natural), I asked for the biggest implant that I could have to achieve this........I think it's ok, only 13 days post op so will have to let you know! Happy so far, apart from the asymetry, but hoping they will settle to the right size!
Go in there knowing what you want to achieve and how you want to look and let the surgeon do the rest, if they are a good surgeon, they'll tell you when to stop!
