If you knew what you do now, what would you have done differently with your BA?

There are many things I wish id known, asked my surgeon .. Do you girlies kick yourself for not thinking to ask anything? This also might be helpful for the Pre BA girlies.

If its been done before then I apologise..

- I wish id taken photos of what I wanted to look like IN my clothes rather than naked.
-Also about the projection.. Now I wish I had UHP >.<

I was so worried about making them look natural but big.. Now I want them big & fake looking..Hindsight is a killer...

Honestly? I have no regrets - I'm happier in my own body now than I ever have been! I'm so glad I went with my gut feeling and opted for the bigger of the 2 sizes he offered me, because I think I'd have been left wanting more otherwise. Can't even say something like "I wish I'd had them sooner" because the timing has been perfect after having my kids. I heart my boobies!!!

I love my boobs and am so much happier with the way I look now than I was pre BA. BUT I would go a bit bigger if I was doing it again, may to around 380-400cc. Not a huge difference. I think I forget how much better they are, when I look at pre op pics I get a shock at how horrible they looked without clothes.

I totally agree with your points AB!

Wish I'd been a lot clearer about what I wanted...I said natural, but in hindsight that is not my main priority! What I want is for people to look at my boobs and go "Phoooaaaarrr she got a fabulous pair!"

And I did not appreciate the massive difference having clothes on would make, and given the option again I would prioritise looking good with clothes ON, and accept the added risk of rippling etc. with clothes off.

I think I could pull off 100cc more with UHP instead of high.

If only we could turn the clock back. The regret is hard to live with...

I wish I hadn't left as much to my surgeons judgement. Even though they are the professional I think its very important to really get across what YOU want and definately back it up with photos and make sure they take notice and write down in your notes what you have said as sometimes one persons idea of a look is not the same as anothers. I thought I'd done enough research but I now feel I didn't go enough into the technical side of it and the type of results each different profile can give. If I had my time again I would be more assertive and less in awe xx

I dont think I would have done anything different. I showed my surgeon what I wanted and that's what I got. I do wish I had less of a gap so will go for wider implants next time.

When I look at what I had before then yes of course...

But I would have had bigger implants (900cc), maybe UHP.. I didnt want all this before but as I have what I do now, I want them high up & alot of upper pole. I wish I looked alot bigger than I do in my clothes & thats what really bugs me!

Dont get me wrong I love them.. But you cant help but pick at things.

I dont think I would change anything either. I went to 1 surgeon, told him that I wanted boobs to be in proportion, but not too big so that was the 1st thing that people noticed on me, and to be fair thats what I have.

I have the odd day where I wish I had gone bigger but then other days I look at them and cant believe how big they are. I look at what I had and am so pleased I've done it.

1st i wouldnt have had pips fitted.
2nd i would have had my 2nd surgeon do my first op.
3rd i would have gone bigger first time and had uplift with first op rather than 18 months later.
4th asked for the fake look rather than the natural look.
5th saved extra money and had lipo at same time, lol

Hiya I'm pretty sure you DO have extra high profile, cos 615 and 700 only come in extra high. ....I spent many hours studying the catalogue before my BA lol
so you can cross that off your list! xx

I'm with Misf1 on this one too, I would have gone for wider implants as I do have a gap and that's exactly what I didn't want, I was hoping that they would come together a bit more through time but they haven't so I'm a little dissapointed, but on the whole I'm happy with everything else....xx

would have gone for an uplift the first time round, but then again, im not too bothered as i got that as a free re-op rather than pay the extra 1.5k that it would have cost all in one go.

Apart from that, nothing

I would have 100% gone slightly bigger, i think that an extra 500cc would have been perfect, however I would have needed to go with another surgeon as Mr G wouldn't have given me any more (I had to convince him on the 410 over the 380 he wanted to use!).

However, all that said I haven't had any children yet an do plan to (times running out!) so I fully intend a re-op in the future at which stage I will go bigger!

It's funny how our wants change, all I ever wanted was to be a full C cup and be able to achieve naturally what I could with a gel bra, well I got that and then some!!! I am an E and although I LOVE my new boobies there is still a greedy part of me who wants more...I now fully understand why Jordan does what she does to herself, after all she has the cash!
