Hi girls,

Could you girls give me any ideas on how to massage my implants I had my week check up 27th September but wasn't told what technique to use to massage my implant? I had 410 unders x

Hi huni, can't help wiry technique but my ps said that you shouldn't massage before 4 weeks po because the scars inside are to fresh.

I would check about this, youtube has a couple of good videos but def check with your PCC
