Bleeding Empty Bleeding

Hey I had my BA on Sunday and the dressings over my wounds have been really clean but today I noticed a couple of spots of blood showing through one.. Should I be concerned and should I phone the clinic you think??

A few spots here and there is normal hun, it's if the blood is soaking the bandage you need to worry. You will be fine. No need to worry.

It's dark, looks old but dont remember seeing it this morning.. Yea I think it's normal but was a little bit worried when I saw it! Lol xx
