size!!! 250 - 310cc - worried and confused?!!

Hi all,

I've got my BA on 17th October and at my consultation my doctor said he would look at 250 - 310 cc implant sizes. I asked him what size boobs that would give me but he said he didn't talk in cup sizes....

i am currently a very small A cup, 5'2, size 8 and i want a D cup, does anyone have same sort of stats, oh and i am having overs. I am thinking of going back for a 2nd consultation because I want him to know that I do want big boobies at the end of it!! Athough I am having under local anaesthetic so I can tell him if I don't think they're big enough........buti'm guessing he will only take those sizes into the op??!

confused and worried!! please help!!!! thanks!!!!

HI hun, ur talking about going up 3 cup sizes plus. I'd try to go bigger if I was u. But ur surgeon can tell you the biggest he'd recommend for You. ASk ur ps. I aplease questions all the time! My pcc said 340 will take me up about 2 and half cup sizes x X

First of all welcome to the forum!

Secondly your a very brave woman only having a local!!

I didn't have either of the sizes you've been offered nor do I match with your stats (I'm sure another lady will be along to help with that soon though)

I think if your in any way confused then going back is the best thing you can do. And just to give you an idea, a very rough idea every 150cc is a cup size. x

PS there is a post on here with anyones stats ect I'll try and find it and post it for you!

thanks for the link, i'm going to look at it now!! I'm having local because i'm scared witless of having GA! and it means that he can put the smaller size in, see what i think and then if I want bigger he will do that, but what if I want bigger than the 310?! I also have been told to bring a size c support bra for after the op, but i was hoping to be bigger than this after the swelling had gone down!!!! I have a bwd of 12, does that make much diff to what size you end up?? i've done nothing but look. think of boobs for the past 2 weeks since i saw him, and I think I may have gone into boob overload!!! so great to have forums like this!!

If you think you want bigger than 310cc then you should bring it up with your PS at a second consultation hun. Your PS will tell you if they think you can have bigger and if you can then your PS may recommend unders if it meant a risk of rippling.

It sounds to me like your not 100% happy with the resulting size your suregon is suggesting so you need to bring this up.

Also taking pics of the look you want rather than talking in cup sizes will really help your PS. x

i think you're right, he didn't show me the implants so i haven't really got any idea! he didn't discuss profile either, should i be worried about that?! the girls with my stats all seem to have had diff sizes and had dff results, but i would like the biggest possible! i am worried that i may have said that i want to look too natural!

hi hun, not sure if this much help but im 5"4 size 8 wiv small 32a boobs. im having unders as not much breast tissue but having 300cc which shud b a full c/small d. i wud def book another app to c ur ps tho hun, u wanna b happy, good luck xxx

Not at all hun thats what this forum is here for! You are paying a lot of money and you want to get this right and not have any regrets or problems later on.

My PS didn't go over profile either and I learned about that on here and the web. Having said that don't be afraid to ask about it

Have you had any other consultaions with other surgeons or was this your first one?

That link is good but unfortunately everyone is different, you need to take into account skin thickness and lots of other things too.

What PS is it you have seen? x

LM- thanks for the info, i can't have unders because of not having general, but he did say it would take me to a c/d cup, i am just panicking now! lol. i think i will go and see him again just to make sure he knows because i only want to do it once!! lol

also i think i already have boob envy seeing all the big boobs on the forums! so want as big as poss!

i am having it done at spire in blackpool by peter peterson. have to say he was amazing in the consultation, but i was hoping to see/feel some implants (don't know why really!) im having it done at 4pm so theyve said they might keep me in overnight anyway because of the time, but im really hoping not!!!!!

where are you having yours? are you finding that you are obsessing over boobs too? i cant keep off the internet searching implant sizes before and afters etc! lol x

pinkbabe - no this was my only consultation, i did about a months of research and decided on him. i think he would have told me if he thought i could go bigger though................??

lol yeah im always looking at boobs too, think everyone does. i did want 275cc but changed to 300cc coz afta paying all the money wanna make sure they right lol. im going to spire wellesley essex wiv mr kangesu. im staying overnight coz altho hate hospitals i wud rather b there to ask questions. love my surgeon coz feel so at ease. i did try implants in a sports bra and wiv my vest top, and felt implants lots tooo.ask to c them, u have the right. im having mentor implants, wot bout u?xxx oh and ur brave having local,im such a wimp lol xxx

i have seen a lady that had it done the same way as me and she was very happy. it's just that i don't want to get an unrealistic idea in my head about what i will look like afterwards. don't want the boobie blues! lol.

did it take you long to be 'back to normal'? driving/shopping etc?? im spending 2 weeks off work, but still worry! (im a big worrier if you hadn't noticed!! lol ) xx

LM- i havent tried any on or even thought about buying sports bras yet! just shoved a load of socks down a bra! lol. i also dont know what type of implant?! omg, i feel like i know nothing!!!! xx

I was sick a lot after my BA it was effects of the GA and meds though. I was driving again after about 10days and that was the first day I went shopping too. I had 2weeks off so unless you have a physical job you should be fine with 2weeks off work. x

i have also told everyone at work - so they know to be gentle with me! lol. also because i couldn't keep my mouth shut! lol. but im just hoping they dont say 'oh, is that it'! haha. can't wait to go shopping for bras that don't come out of a teen section!!!! 3 weeks to go but feels like 3 years!

glad about the driving, i need to for work, also been told drinking actimal 2 weeks before op helps recovery?! got my bio oil and my v pillow! should you moisturise your boobs after? or does it not really help? x

hun i wud def go bak and ask more questions and ask to try implants, ur paying all that money so make them work for the money.u wanna feel confident about ur choice.

pinkbabe i hadnt thought bout being sick after ga, i hate being sick, did it last long?

ive got 2 wks off work but worrying bout going bak to work coz i do have a physical job and altho can do light duties dont wanna seem lazy lol xxx

It lasted about 5days. I was only able to eat a small amount. When I stopped taking my pain killers thats when I stopped being sick. So if you find you don't need the pain killers then maybe don't take them. Although you could be fine and not feel or be sick at all. x

you won't seem lazy~!!! they will get it!!!!! plus you don't want to endanger your health/healing. i work with males too and they can't wait!! haha. plus all the girls want a feel and are very excited for me coz they're sick of me moaning about having no boobs when we're ona night out! haha. xx

from what i have read and looked at online if your a flat A 250cc is not going to be very big maybe a small C or C. Please correct me if im wrong ladies but LM it depends on the look you want if you want to look quite big you may be dissapointed. I would def. go have a 2nd opinion or have another consultation with your PS
