Post by Hon 20th June 2011, 8:56 pm

My BA is about to be this friday and I´m still confused about the size, I want to have a very nice cleavage but don´t want it to be too outsanding, I´m actually a 34A, 5´5 and 123lbs

PS says I could use 280 on left and 310 on right but i´m thinking a little bit more like 310 and 350... you think it would be too much?? I want to have a full C and don´t want to use padded bra´s anymore I mean... that´s the point of the BA right? shrug

Thanks Girls!!

I wouldn't get too caught up in actual sizes as it's how they look that's the most important thing. maybe take some pictures of boobs you like with you on friday and show your surgeon exactly what you want. At least you will both be on the same page with sizes. You may end up measuring bigger in bras but you would have the look you want.

mmh, there isnt much difference in it, and i cant advice you what to do, but express your concerns to your surgeon asap, let him know you want at least a c cup. i think lindsayluois is right though....you never really look as big as you measure with fake breasts... x

I showed my surgeon pics and he took into theatre 325 cc's and 345 cc's and went with the 345 cc's. I'm glad he did, they don't look too big and suit my frame.

Trust your surgeon to make the decision on the day but do show him pics of how you imagine you'd like to look xxxx

I had 335's and did ask my surgeon to go up a size but he was adamant that it would be too much for my frame. I'm so pleased I went with his opinion as even the 335's feel a little big just now ! I think its all to do with height and projection too, more than actual weight as to how they look on your own body.

Pictures are definately a good idea as the other girls have suggested. Good luck xx

What size are you now Lovely@41?

My surgeon measured my chest area so I pressume he did work out what size would sit nice on my frame. I don't think he would've allowed me to go too big.

Hey, Im pre BA so maybe shouldn't be giving advice. But I would go for the biggest because there is hardly any difference between those 2 sizes. I too am going for a natural look and am undecided between 320 and 340's. I think I am going to go for the 340's because there is hardly anything in it and I don't want to waste all that money only to wish I had gone bigger.
Good luck with your decision and your op x

If it were me I'd go for the bigger too!! So many woman on here have boobie greed after the event (me included). It's just what I would do though, don't be swayed by it as everyone really does look different. xxx

Hi Yetiricey, I haven't been measured yet, i stil have my strapping/bandages on so they don't look as they will once uncovered. I was a 32d then lost some weight ( nearly all off my chest typically!) and was told by PS I was more like a b/c. I am very small framed, narrow shoulders etc and had lost all upper pole so was advised off 2 surgeons to go for anatomicals. I did try my pre op d cup against the boob and I would say I may be more dd/e but getting measured on fri properly. I think I'm just not used to the hard torpedo look I seem to have just now!xx

They will soon settle down hun and soften, they just need time to settle in and allow all the swelling to go down :-) x

If you think you might regret going too small with 310 go with 350, is not going to make enough of a visible difference.
I'm speaking from experience as I made the mistake of going with the smaller implants 280cc from 320!

I think I'd go for the bigger one unless the surgeon thought it would make me look too top heavy.

madelena, your avatar pic looks fab - are you really regretting not going bigger? They look really great to me!! xx
