Hey hun, what you described is exactly what I had done.

I was wearing a 34B, having been a D cup a few years ago and losing weight. So, the weight loss meant my boobs were a bit droopy, and empty looking.

My PS used HP anatomicals placed over the muscles (465cc for me, to suit my frame), and although I'm only 3 days post-op at the moment, I'm very impressed with the perk up! Perk was really what I wanted most - more than having them bigger, I wanted them perkier, and was very concerned I should really be getting a lift. I'll need more time to heal, obviously, but at the moment, I'm very happy with how much perkier they look.

It really does depend on your body, and you'll need to see what your PS suggest to you, but I would say that yes - it is possible to achieve, but that it ill depend on your "pre-BA" form.

Hope that helps xx

i was 36b saggy and empty and my surgeon said i dont need a lift, i think it depends if your nipple is below the crease, i have loads of pics from before and after, so you can get a idea if you like
