Best sports bra's post op??
Any recomendations ladies? My surgeon said I don't have to wear the proper surgical bra and a normal sports bra will be fine.
Is it best to get cheaper ones till you know what size you are after the op and then invest in a more quality one? xx

Hey fuzzy - my absolute comfy sports bra is from tesco, very cheap £6 but honestly the best. I have MnS and Shock Absorber too but the most comfy right after surgery for me was Tesco one. Althugh i actually was told not to wear one immediately after op. When i did wear it, it sat very low and not anywhere near scars.
Plus its very slightly padded so when i went work i wore this to hide my erect nipples:

For me the shock absorber is not soft enough for wear after the op (too man seams etc and hard material) BUT amazing for when going running xx
