Sports bras rather than MACOM post op?
Hi there,
I'm a little over two weeks from my op and getting things ready... I've been recommended to wear a sports bra rather than the usual MACOM, as my PS prefers the combination of sports bra and tape, rather than specialist bras, to ensure fluffing. Is this a usual thing? Everyone seems to be wearing the specialist bras and it has me a little worried...

Mine recommended just to wear a crop top, it's all down to the surgeon and what they feel is best for you personally, absolutely no need to worry Hun.
Good luck, and enjoy the journey x

Just to echo what the others have said, every surgeon as well as every patient is different.
I was told to go braless...totally throughout my recovery. So from day 1 as soon as i had had my surgery i was braless.
Good luck with it all
