Post op sports bras
I had my sizing consultation yesterday and decided on probably between 360-390 in the left & 420 in the right, depends when I actually getting the sizers put in on the table so to speak! Anyway my ps recommended getting a front opening sports bra for post op but wondered if anyone had any recommendations about makes etc, I don't want to spend loads on something that won't be much good!

Re: Post op sports bras
I have bought a macom which has a front fastening and I know a lot of the girls on here love that one! M+S also do loads of non wired sports bras for really good prices I got a twin pack for 30 which is awesome! I am pre op myself so I can't talk from personal experience but they are what have been highly recommended to me :) xo

Thanks for you replies! I think I will get 1 macom as I've seen people talk about the a lot so they must be worth the money!
Another question - with regards to the sports bras, how do you know what size to get as I won't really know what size I'll be until after the op!?!?
