Question about Arnica30 Empty Question about Arnica30

Hi There

Alot of you ladies bought your arnica30 from Hollands & Barratt but we don't have one only a Boots. Does anyone know if the Nelsons Arnica30 is any good? Just that i got told they cost a fortune but they seem very cheap? Can anyone shed any light? xx

have used Boots Arnica30 three times now and has been great xx

Dont forget to read instructions so as you take the proper dose which will help them work better.

I didnt take any arnica and I had no bruising and I healed really well.

hiya.

i used the boots arnica 30 and it worked fantastic.

i used it 5 days before my BA and for 5 days after and i have had no bruising at all!

Glad to hear 5 days was good for you meme, a friend gace me some on monday but i left it at home and forgot to take it. Thought Id start again tonight - its empty!
I bruise really badly so 5 days has to be better than nothing
