hi hun, i got mine from holland and barratt, says on mine to take 6 the first day, and 4 a day thereafter, in between meals. Does it say anything on the side of the pot? Was going to take mine 3 days before, is it better to start a week before?

Hay hun, I would just give you clinic a call to make sure they allow you to use Arnica as some clinic dont let you use any creams pre-op

I've been advised to take them a few days before the op and for a day or so after. You would only have to take these if advised so by ps.

Hi Crystal. The nurse at my pre-op told me to take the tablets when I told her I bruised easily. I'll maybe check with my PC and see if Mr Traynor allows this. Thanks xx

Def check w/ your PS, I had to start arnica after the op myself - but took Bromelain before the op (also medicine for inflammation and bruising).

good luck!
