has anyone been shopping yet ?? iv bought 2 sports bras in a 32e from debenhams (the georgeous ones in pink) they were £11 each half price ... bargain :)

also welsh vicci... what have they told you about arnica ?? i have no idea what one to take 6 or 30 and how long before/aafter ?!!

I've bought 2 34D bras and some new fleecy PJs.

My surgeon said that there's no evidence either way about Arnica,so it was up to me. Muchos helpful...not.

ohh i bought some funky button pjs from primark too lol .... iv seen some bruises from ba and they freak me out lol my surgeon has recommended them so will try them jus to try and avoid the bruising lol ....

i think i am going to get the back extenders for my sports bras just incase they are tight on the back

i took arnica30 with my first op and didnt have any bruising at all and only a little swelling - it wont do any harm so im gonna give it a go again this time..

Aaarrgghhh!! I'm so happy now. Been for my sizing,and although PS initially recommended 250cc I knew I wanted 300 at the minimum. I tried a few different sizes,and he said he'd been wrong and I could carry off bigger!

I loved the look of the 350cc's (although they were mods that I tried on) so we've settled on 325HP. So happy with that!

I also paid,so now all I have to do is have blood tests next Tues,then i'm on my way!! Woohoo! November Buddies - Page 5 154564
