hey hun, every one is different. But at 4 days post op i was in the town shopping. Was shattered afterwards but just came home to sleep. See how you feel, but if your going to just sit there, i cant see it being a problem. It will depend on how you feel? xxx

yeah i'm starting to have a major freak out now but i'm gonna take a dictophone so i don't have to write notes so i'll literally just be sat there and i heard recovery is quicker if u get out and do stuff just thought i'd ask u!! well better cross my fingers and toes and start my presentation work the week before op instead of leaving it to last min lol xx

I seriously do agree that when you get up and about it helps. I feel so much better. Must be honest where i go the gym so much tho, that really helped my recovery, my body was ready for it. You will be fine, and plus your be pleased to be out for a few hours. Just take it easy still. xxx
