Sweetcarol, so glad to hear u were able to get out of the house after a day :) Im definately one that likes to get out for fresh air and i hate doing nothing! Obviously i wont overdo it but will go crazy if im cooped up indoors for too long xxx

i was in tesco shopping after i was let out the hospital, needed to get sugar food and ended. i went out day 3, as the hubby wouldnt let me out till then, but i was craving a starbucks and was out every day since, although last week spent alot days on as it was my first week with the baby without oh. x

It was, i love my startbucks. Yeah it is although i know have a cold and sore throat. So i am catching everything infection going. I miss the gym really badly. xxx

tasha u managed to be up and about so quickly i'm now freaking out that i'm gonna miss quite a few lectures. I'm getting the surgery thursday do u think i'll be feeling upto just sitting and listening to lectures from the monday so 4 days po?? xxx

Aww that's The bit I'm looking forward to, being able to go out and defo get a starbucks, seen as though hubby is going to be my personal butler for the week x

hey hun, every one is different. But at 4 days post op i was in the town shopping. Was shattered afterwards but just came home to sleep. See how you feel, but if your going to just sit there, i cant see it being a problem. It will depend on how you feel? xxx

yeah i'm starting to have a major freak out now but i'm gonna take a dictophone so i don't have to write notes so i'll literally just be sat there and i heard recovery is quicker if u get out and do stuff just thought i'd ask u!! well better cross my fingers and toes and start my presentation work the week before op instead of leaving it to last min lol xx

I seriously do agree that when you get up and about it helps. I feel so much better. Must be honest where i go the gym so much tho, that really helped my recovery, my body was ready for it. You will be fine, and plus your be pleased to be out for a few hours. Just take it easy still. xxx

oh i will defo be taking it easy won't go unless i feel i can!! yeah i'm a dancer so i'm hoping the fact i spend 3-4 days a week 5 hrs a day on my feet i'll be up and about nice and quick xx
