Hi I'm four days post op and I'm wondering if I should be massaging my new additions?! I haven't really touched them much apart from gently wiping and cleaning around them. I'm going to buy some bio oil to rub in to try and prevent any possible stretch marks, when I can start using it? I've got my first check up with nurse on Friday. Thanks

I am 1 month post op and I still haven't started massaging. According to my surgeon massaging starts at 6 weeks but some surgeons recommend starting sooner. I think you should ask the nurse on Friday, she will also be able to show you how to do it.

Bio oil you can start using on your boobs but not the incision areas.

Hope your appointment goes well xxx
