Hi everyone, first off i have to say this seems a fab forum and definitely has given me alot of tips and confidence thus far!
I think i have decided on the type of implant (inspira soft touch, textured) good choice i think after going through the site? are there really any cons other than price??
very unsure about all else as i guess most of the people who go into this are. upper lowers and all else seems alot to fathom!
anyways im looking to have a consultation locally either with charles nduka or someone at transform brighton has anyone had any dealings with either? or can anyone suggest local surgeons who have done the above implants?

Im a size 8 with 32a's and dont want to go too big ( most probably a b - c max) i want my boobs to look as natural as possible and im determined to get the right info to get the look i want.
id really appreciate anyone with any help they can give me to start the journey!

Hey Connie....I live in East Sussex :).
I think Im guna go with Transform but Im not guna go to the local one I think Ill go to the Brentford, London one.
Another ones that rather good it the Esperance in Eastbourne through BMI - apparently Dr Allen is very good.

I think Im guna go through Mr Meleagros at Transform....

That I know of these are good implants but Ive heard a few surgeons say that there not always worth the extra money.
But if you really do want the pure natural look then maybe might be a good option, depends on the size you go for really, if you go big its guna be a bit more obvious. If you go for a bit of a smaller implant youll probably barely notice the difference...well in my opinion....
Search boob greed though hun....coz you might wana go an extra size up just incase as they go a bit swollen at first and you might get use to the bigger cup lol.....
Ive been offered 365 or 410...Ill probably end up with the 410 lol x x x x

Many thanks chloe thatsa big help, i have actually booked a consultation with Dr Allen at esperance in eastbourne for next weds. hopefully i shall have a bit more understanding of everything after seeing him.
funnily enough i have contacted a friend who had also used Esperance for their surgery and her boobies look fab (i didnt realise they were fake until i was told!) she was unsure of what surgeon it was ive heard nothing but good things from that hospital.
I'll have to have a search on here and see if anyone has used him!
good luck on your quest! xx

Yeah I know several people who have had it there. My friends wife is a nurse at eastbourne hospital and has worked with gim when he does nhs work...apparently he rarely gets call backs. Ya know its a 100£ for consultation though dont you? Thats the only reason I havent been there as of yet - thought id check out the free one at Transform first! X x x

Hey Connie -

Yea, definitely don't aim too small. When you first get the op, the swelling increases over the first 2 days. So at like day 1.5 you're really big, then it starts to go down again, so by day 5ish, you feel smaller (of course, you're still bigger than you were before, but you'll feel smaller without the swelling, if that makes sense? Also remember when you're reading this site that an implanted boobie is always going to measure bigger than it looks because it's totally firm and not made out of smooshy fat like a real one.

For example, I "measure" a 34DD/36D - but I LOOK like about a full C.

Good luck hun!

Hi, I'm live in West Sussex and I'm going to Gatwick park at Spire. They did free mini consultations with the surgeon and then if you wanted to go back for a proper consultation they only charged £60 instead of the normal £125. This is what I did and they best thing is if you go ahead, the consultation in included in the price so I haven't paid a penny as of yet. I pay in full next week and I've already had my admission time and all my paper work, I've been really impressed with them My surgeon is Mr. Dhansea if you wanted to look into him. xxx

hey connie - yes exactly - I look like about a full C, but when I measure myself with a tape measure, I measure as a DD. Because they're firm and projected out, but they're not as big and fluffy looking as real boobies.

I'm only 12 days out though, I'm thinking they will drop and fluff and may start to look a bit bigger. I was aiming for a small D, so I'd be happy looking like that - although I must say, they look great and very real sized!!

The mcindoe in east Grinstead is brilliant, I had my ba there and my daughter had grommets in her ears (through nhs) there, my sister and 5 friends have had their bas done there too, we were all 34as or bs b4 and c d and dd now but all of ours look natural and no complaints so far. They treated my daughter just as well as the paying customers too so was very happy x
