Sports bra? Empty Sports bra?

Hi girls,
I've bought some sports bras in a couple of different sizes but I've just looked at them and they are medium impact ones, do I need to have high impact to start with?
I didn't even think about it as I've never bought a sports bra before!

Panicking now as survey is tomorrow and I've got no time to get to the shops today,

I'm so excited too!!!
Gonna have to send my sister shopping for me tomorrow to try and get a high impact one - I can't believe I didn't even think about it, what an idiot!
