The Post Op Sports Bra... Your thoughts? Empty The Post Op Sports Bra... Your thoughts?

Post by Samantha01 30th August 2011, 12:48 pm

I'm 2 days Post Op and brought a 34E sports bra as instructed, however its feeling a little tight, so i've swapped it for one of my old ones, a 32F, which is essentially the same size! I think i'm gonna have to buy a larger one though cause they feel really tight and i'm worried they are being squashed, but then this could just be a natural post Op sensation.. help

How tight were your sports bras?? My surgeon seems to be letting me use my discretion and i'm confused now... How tight is too tight?? How loose is too loose? Any advice would be much appreciated although i have my Post Op appointment soon so.

Thanks,

I believe surgeons like the sports bras to be very snug but not painful maybe go get measured for a sports bra that may help. Initial swelling makes any bra feel uncomfortable

i like using the two fingers under the band advice. If you can comfortably fit two under and the bra feels snug...youve got it about right!! :)
