Re: October Buddies!
The only thing I am nervous about is the size.. ie too small!! And I have a skin disease psoriorsis, and sometimes if my skin gets damaged it turns to psoriorsis so I am scared that the incisions will turn :( hopefully Ill be ok, have enough bad skin without adding to it. But as for the actual op etc I am actually excited :) not nervous at all..... YET.. ask me in 3 weeks haha x

Re: October Buddies!
Yea stress is one of the main reasons people end up with it :( that and the fact my mum has it. Just hope it doesn't mean my daughter will get it, i'd feel so bad for her, I struggle to cope with having it. I stress most about my boobs so I am hoping that the op helps my skin too. I am at the skin hosp next friday so will be telling my doctor about my op and get his advice on my incision.. nipple or crease!?!?!! see what he thinks is going to cause less stress to my skin.
My surgeon says I am too small to have anything bigger and not look ''stupidly false'' he said if I went somewhere else they would probably put bigger in me if thats what I wanted but he wouldn't put any bigger in. So I thought do I have smaller nicer looking boobs or massive stretched balls!!! So I am happy... I think haha x

Re: October Buddies!
i woulda thought nipples prob a better incision as it's smaller and different type of skin may be wrong thou you'll soon find out!! i think as long as ur calm cool and collected after surgery you should be find do u have to go for the uv treatments? x

Re: October Buddies!
Yea I have had the weaker uv treatment twice, but it all came back after a couple of days both times, I have it bad on my legs hence why I have over the knee socks on on my pic, they are my fave item of clothing..could't live without them. If they go out of fashion I'm going with them haha!! Next friday I go for the stronger uv treatment where I will have to take pills before going on the special sunbeds to make my skin absord the light better! So we shall see how it goes.. not sure if my op will interfere with the treatment though, I will have to wait and see, at worst they will hold me back abit till I have fully recoverd from the op.. I guess I can live with that :) Yea At first I only wanted crease but then when i thought about my skin I swayed towards nipple but then I think nipple is closer to the top of my boobs what if psorioris spreads up!! then it will be on show in most tops.. but at the crease it will be under the boobs.. hmmm confused, ill just go with what the Docs say eh :flowers: x

Re: October Buddies!
Hi AmyD I have never tried that cream actually, must be the only 1 I havn't tried.. I will look into that I am a mess at the minute, skins had a massive flare up overnight, looks awful :( It really is a horrible disease to have, what makes it worse is that there is no cure!
Yea Nikita it is a pain, especially when you realise it isnt working, just hope this time it works, but then again it will only work for a small amount of time and it will all be back again, for me it's a life long thing. Anyhoo let's not get depressed as we have boobs to be happy about :) x

Yea Nikita will make me happier I have no doubt in that!!
Hiya Stacey Ohhh yeaaaa it is the same day :) How exciting eh, 21 days!!! 3 weeks!! 3 weeks seems ages away yet 21 days doesn't seem as far
I went with a company called RedRose and I am having my op in preston,First Trust Hospital! Only a few girls on here have/are going through RedRose, don't think it's as heard of as some companies, but everyone who has been with them have brilliant things to say :) They use Euro silicone implants, and I have also heard great things about them too which is always good, so I am a happy bunny! How are you feeling about the whole experience??? xx

Re: October Buddies!
I'm so excited my friend heard me talking so much bout it she decided to gef hers done! And she had hers on Thursday which was good cos I took her and saw Wat happens etc it's amazing how quickly she was in and out of theatre!
I saw them straight away when she came out and they were far apart, then later that night looked again and they'd moved in slowly.
They were suprising quite soft too!
Xxxx

Stacey - Has it calmed your nerves going with your friend and made you even more excited? Its great that you got a sneak preview into how your day is going to go!

Re: October Buddies!
I know Suzie sooooo excited. Bet you are too, only 29 days for you, under the month mark wooohooo. I havn't heard anything bad about abut the euro silicones, but even if I did I guess bad stuff can happen with any implant.
Wow Stacey that must of made it quite real for you, very exciting :) is she happy with how they look? I think all boobs are far apart at first, they settle into place as the weeks/months go by. It is annoying that we have a long wait to actually get implants then we have an even longer wait after we get them for them to look 'normal' but allllllllll worth it in the end xx

Re: October Buddies!
Hi Suzie x i'm having 410cc which should take me up to a full DD. I measure a D now but am more like a C (lots of gross skin). Can't wait to feel like I have boobies x
I just burst into tears after paying the deposit though, daft or what x

Re: October Buddies!
I would think that you will achieve a nice full DD minimum with 410cc. Mine have gone a bit saggy now too due to weight loss, and like you, can't wait to have volumptious boobies again.
Aww overwhelmed with excitment & nerves? This forum is fab, everyone is so supportive and friendly.

Thanks Amy to be honest the size bothers me less than how full they look and feel... just excited to death.

Re: October Buddies!
I'm not telling any of my family, only my bf knows. My parents wouldn't agree with me having it done, and don't want to hear all their negitive comments. So all the girls on this forum are like my boobie best friends.
I would say that i'm more excited at the mo, but I know nearer the time I will be nervous. The nerves will be more worrying that they come out exactly what I want. What about you?
xx

Re: October Buddies!
I've been so unhappy with them for such a long time that all my family and close friends know.... my dad just rolls his eyes and laughs now... he did tell me I shouldn't mess with nature once but I demanded he take off his glasses instantly and he wet himself laughing and gave me his full support. Think they've all seen me through so many down days about my body that this seems like a good option.
I'm much more excited than nervous at the minute! I like boobie best friends - sums up how supportive everyone is of each other. Don't think i've seen a single negative on here yet x
