Yay getting closer to ur BA days girlies!!!!
I'm doing really well and my advise is don't stress or panic it's a really calm situation when ur at the hospital all the nurses put ur mind at rest and make u feel comfortable, u go to sleep and wake up with boobies!!!!
Ain't had any pain so far ( touch wood) :) xxx

Hi Girls,

Had my pre-op and asked the nurse about arnica. She advised against it but that was just her opinion. She said in 20 years of looking after patients she found that those taking arnica had more bruising than those who do not. She said it is up to me but she has put me off it. It is bad enough not having a drink as my BA is the day after my surgery! I cant wait now - I had a wobble over the weekend and wondered what on earth I was doing but I spoke to my surgeon's secretary and the plastic surgery nurse at Spire and I feel great now - just cant wait for the 14th to arrive! xx Great pics and wonderful inspiration from those of you who have already gone before us this month - THANK YOU GIRLS! xxx

I bruise very easily, and i mean easily, and i do not have bad bruises, i have a tan coloured bruise down the centre of my boobs but you can hardly see it, I didnt use arnica. i know someone who bruised very badly and DID use arnica!! i think it may just be coincidence though, i am not sure xx

I am still in alot of pain, im ok when i have settled into a position but going to sit up or getting up from a lying down position... OWWW.. feels like my boobs are going to fall off, not nice, but worth it as they look amazing :) only 3 days left for you!! you must be totally excited!! x

I'd say take arnica! I have no bruising wats so ever and I usually bruise badly, I'm not in pain and not much ache personally I think arnica has worked a treat xx

4 days... jeez its flying by now!
Im going to pack my bag tomorrow, my macom bra came yesterday and I tried it on... it left the shape of my tiny boobies embossed in the material! Nice!!

Stacey and LHB your boobies are looking great

Ill get some pre-op pics done at some point this week. AHHHH im so excited :D x

Hey girls got my op on the 15th.

My friend at work is going on holiday tomoorw so she won't see me till after my boobs. She bought my husband a fake pair of plastic boobs to play with cos he won't be able to touch mine for a while!

yes my macom has a thinner part as well its for the strectchin i think!! comfiest thing ever xx

Yay youre next, its getting really exciting and the nerves are almost gone now but im sure they'll be back on the day. How are you feeling?

Still not been hit by the nerves yet! DOn't know if I actually believe it's gonna happen yet but hopefully at some point in the next 60 hours (lol) it will become real in my mind!

True to form though i've gone totally over the top with underwear and have 9 sports bras haha I've got about 50 beautiful bras to get rid of now and obviously they'll all need replacing.

Oh and heard from my man last night and he was a right old grumpster! Reckon must be something in the water

9?!? OMG I feel really un-prepared, Iv got my macom one and an M&S one (well two) in different sizes. Im going to send my mum out once I have an idea of what size im packing out :D

I was just getting nervous over the size and the fact Im tuberous but now Im 100% going to ask for him to try the biggest he can go and confident that he knows what he is doing!

Im giving all my really nice ones to my friend, I have worn once and the rest of the really nice stuff twice possibly so she is going to take them off my hands as I cant chuck them out.

Oh I put £197 pounds worth in shopping baskets online and there wasnt that many bras there!! x
