Hi. I am 5 weeks post surgery having had under musccle implants. I have noticed my scars are more noticeable ans very slightly lumpy. Been using Bio-oil as instructed by plastic surgeon. Hoping the lumps dont get worse. Any ideas?xx

Hi, it's normal for scars to be lumpy at first. I'm 4 months post op and mine left scar is still a little lumpy, but much better than it used to be. I'm using Cica Care silicone sheets on my scars, which are meant to be good for flattening them. Maybe you could give them a go? Xx

Very normal hun, they will flatten out. It takes about 6 months for them to look neat and tidy and up to a year for them to be fully healed.
