Hi lovely ladies!

I am now 6 days post BA and I have a few niggles. Firstly I just want to say how amazed I was at how easy the actual procedure was! I was in little discomfort when I came round and went home the next morning strapped into my nice huge granny bra lol. Since then however, I have had a few weird pains and wondered if anyone can reassure me that it's normal? Am a bit of a worrier LOL! 6 days post op - a few questions... 557141

I was jumped on today by my 2 year old son and he got me right inbetween my breasts and it felt like they were pushed outwards with the impact! Since then, the right one is fine but I have a dull ache in the left one on the outside of the breast. Anyone reckon they know what that is? 6 days post op - a few questions... 267328

Also, the incisions are still dressed until Monday when I go back to have my stitches out. The left ones feel fine under there, but the right one feels really lumpy 6 days post op - a few questions... 375568 How do I know if thats right or not or is it just a case of hope for the best until Monday? Rolling Eyes

Sorry for the million questions! I do love my new boobies and am desperate for nothing to be wrong!

Thanks, Tamsin xxxxx

There is nothing wrong hun, you probably have a bit of bruising from being kicked in the boob. Your bumpy stitches are fine and will settle. Twinges and shooting pains are also fine.

Yes, this is very normal hun, weird pains you're experiencing are just the nerve endings healing, not pleasant hunni but a good sign all is healing well.

It's because you got a good whack in the boob babe LOL, you'll be fine sweetness, the breast may ache for a day or two but should be fine after that, just be sure to protect them from high flying kids! haha

Whatever you do, DO NOT disturb your dressings hun, not even for a peek, they are there to allow the skin the start to knit together until your first post-op check to see how the wound is getting on, lumpiness is fine early post-op, everything settles and evens out over time sweetie so dont worry.xx
