sun beds!
heya ladies. im a sunbed person, bout once a week, just to keep my golden glow goin. does anyone know if u can go on sunbeds still, say the last few days before the ba. dont wanna go on if not really supossed to? :flowers:

Dont know about before, but it could be quite a while after as you can't get UV rays on your scars for a year.

i went before... and i started going again two days ago.. i asked in the pharmacy here in germany for plasters that dont let uv lights throu to much .. i put them on my scars and on top i put a black towel on each side.... so it does the trick im nice and dark all over .. and well pasty under my boobs..hahahahahah

It's little use calling your patient co-ordinator hun, they know as much as we do, they're sales women with no medical training.
From what I've read and as I said we have no medical training either you should stop the week before your BA, after your BA you should avoid all UV rays till 1 year post-op as you are at risk of pigmentation meaning your scars could turn deep brown and stay that way.
If however you're desperate to go on post-op, be sure to cover the scars and your breasts, as the skin has just been stretched so tight over the implant the skin will be super sensitive and burn, so keep the entire breast area covered till the skin relaves and keep the scars completely covered for a year. xx
