You can get this money. Seriously. You may think your sister has a perfect credit history - and I'm sure she does but this doesn not mean finance will be offered.

I dont earn much, owed about £7000 on credit cards and applied for a barclays platinum card recently via moneysupermarket as it had 2 years interest free on balance transfers and I wanted to use this offer to transfer my £3695 boob bill from another credit card to.

i said i earned £10000 more per year than i really do (they have no way of checking this without asking your employer directly, and as i already had access to lots of credit (which their computer system automatically 'sees' when running the first online credit check) and i always pay my bills they offered it to me within seconds online.

i also entered another credit card number on the barclays online form saying I wanted to transfer £7000 balance from that (which i later changed to a a couple of different cards once i was accepted from Barclays and my account was activated). This tells them you will seriously commit to being a long term customer with them and statistically, if you are transfering £7000 of debt straight away, you may well be adding more debt to it and paying off long term. Its all about them winning new customers. if you have any other debt you could transfer (freeing up the ones you transfer from to pay for your boobs) you can use this to your advantage to get an excellent credit deal. My 2 yrs interest free £7000 is way better than any bank loan, no matter now perfect your credit is. its often not about credit but about a company (in this case barclays) wanting new customers that they feel confidant will make them money in the long run.

I dont know if this helps. But i hope there is a solution somewhere for you. Pop me a pm if you like xxxx

I also got a credit card, but it was just before the crash, not sure many people are lending as easily then.

Apply for a credit card rather than finance and see what happens.

Or if you have any existing credit cards, aplly for another one via something like moneysupermarket and transfer the balance to the new one at 0% and then use the freed up balance to pay towards boobs! xx

I am not sure if you have tried this already but I paid for mine with a Marks and Spencers credit card. I applied for it in my husbands name as I have only gone back to work part time so wouldn't get a high enough limit but he was offered a limit of £4k - the exact amount I needed. The credit card is 15 months interest free and I have even got £20 M&S vouchers reward for spending on the card so i can put it towards a bra.

If you go on Martin Lewis' website he lists all the interest free cards - I think Tesco also do 15 months. You may be able to get your sister to apply for one two to make up the limit if thats not enough with just one card. xx

Just seen this so maybe the credit card option is not so good but you could always ask family members to apply I guess? Fingers crossed for you xx
