End of my boobie journey :0(
Just had a call with the decision on my finance and unfortunately they have declined, so unfortunately that is the end of the road for my journey .
I'm very really upset which proves how much i wanted it but there is no other way of getting the money xx

Oh sweetheart, I'm so sorry.
But this is NOT the end of your boobie journey, you hear me? It is just not going to happen quite as soon as you thought it would. We'll still be here waiting to share your happy day when it comes - which won't be long, I'm sure.
xx

Re: End of my boobie journey :0(
Don't worry hun. You may not be able to have your op now in September. But its not the end of your boobie journey. Just take the money you would have spent on your finance payments and save it for your boobie fund. Save any extra money. Sell things on ebay. You'll have your boobs in a year or two. Which really isn't long. Time flies by. Never give up hun
Re: End of my boobie journey :0(
I'm so sorry to read you didn't get the finance hun But whether you're et the end of the road or not is entirely up to you now sweetness.
You CAN achieve your goal but you gotta put some effort into doing that - Have you tried your bank? If you run your account well, they may consider offering you a loan? failing that maybe try doing a bootsale? Sell old clothing you no longer wear on Ebay? work out your incomings and outgoings, then work out if you can save anywhere on luxuries you can do without, then take an amount that you can in reality afford every month and put that into a boobie account, yes all this will take a lot longer than you first intended, but you'll soon reach your goal without any finance to pay back.
So dont loose hope hunni, you still can make your dream real! xx

So sorry to hear that. :(
If you start saving now, it could take a couple years to get the money. It seems like a long time, but I'm sure it'd be worth it if you want it so bad. Don't give up!

Sorry to hear that hunni, as the others have said try and save and cut back on luxuries.
I'm also having a complete sort out of my wardrobe and either selling on eBay or doing a bootsale.
I already have the money for my BA but I want extra in the bank for my shopping spree after!!

OMG you're joking! And you had a joint application too didn't you. As you know I've applied for the last £1,000 on finance and Im still waiting to hear back, got a feeling they're gonna say no!! Did they give you a reason as to why? How much short are you? You will just have to save hard and delay your op rather than cancel.
Hope you're ok xxx

Oh hun, it just a stop gap at the moment hun. If you really want this, then you will get there. Try your bank, sell on ebay and do bootsales. I have sold all my clothes that dont fit me, all my baby old clothes, sold shoes, games, buggies and i have cut down on so much just so i could get my boobs. Its just a bit hardwork but all worth it hun xxx

Re: End of my boobie journey :0(
Thanks everyone, been very upset all day so not been on here but feeling a bit better now.
Tracy - it's all so bizarre really, they called me this morning with the answer and the girl just said it was a no, so I said would it make a difference if they took me off the application and just done it in my sisters name and she said normally if that would help they come back and suggest it but it was a straight decline. The thing is my sister has a perfect credit score so we're both so confused and bless her she now feels really bad. Plus we had to send payslips and bank statements each and you clearly see from them that we can both afford it without it causing an issue, it's just so weird.
I can get hold of £2500 but that leaves me to find another £2497, i know i can save etc and i know i can pay for it right out this time next year but I had just got myself so excited that I was nearly only a month away xx

Re: End of my boobie journey :0(
hunii u can put it in someone elses name if they have good credit thats no problem :/ i went through this. also ild try ur ban for a loan but tell them its for a car, the finance u went for is #VERY strict cuz they know its for surgery and compans dont like lending for that reason. iv been through this hunii dont quit, the girl u had on the phone sounds terrible!
my Co-ordinator was a lady called Debora i was in her office wen my finance got declined i burst into tears she explained its very strict and ild have a better chance at a bank or to put it in some one elses name! she really calmed me down she was my Angel! xx

Karen, as other people have suggested why don't you ask your sister and try and get a loan from her bank or something? If you have bad credit then it's prob not worth you trying but Im sure she would be accepted.
I am now certain that mine will be declined too but they'll prob keep me waiting all week!
It's so unfair isn't it but Im really sure that you'll find a way once you have calmed down a bit. Big hugs xx

I bet your sister can apply at her local bank for a personal loan.
I hope it works out for you even if it's a delay for a year or two!

Re: End of my boobie journey :0(
Hey hunni
Sorry to hear your having a hard time I
was having trouble getting finance, the bank turned me down and I was declined for a loan with another company. I was also very upset - had my mind on a date and thought I'd have to delay it by a few months, although its not the end of the world I wanted it sooner (bit impatient to be honest!!)
I decided to apply for a credit card which was approved. The APR is higher but I'm lucky that I will be able to pay it off quickly so it shouldn't sting too much. I wouldn't recommend a card if you plan on making lower payments or it could end up very pricey!
There are options out there, if a card /loan isnt available like the girls said give ebay / boot sales a go and have a proper saving spree - you'll have enough for your BA before you know it!! :-)

try not to worry and get yourself really down. i know its hard ive been waiting sooo long it seems for mine - 5 years to pay off my car loan 1 more year left and then i can get a loan for my ba. Until i pay my car off theres no way i can afford to pay another loan so im gutted waiting but just have patience and think one day you will get there! xxxxx

Ohh Karen, I'm so sorry to hear this!!
But like all the other girls have said, it's not the end, it's just a bump in the road. You'll still get there in the end, it just might take longer than if the fiance had been approved.
Is there another company you could apply to at all? Different organisations often have different lending criteria, so where one says no, other will have no issue. Maybe it's worth shopping around a bit, and seeing what else is out there?
Either way, good luck, I really hope you manage to get something sorted hun xxx

just to make you aware though every time you go through a loan application and it rejects it affects your credit score so if youve done a few i would wait few months before anymore and hopefully your credit score will go up and you will be approved - ive worked in a major bank xxx

i was declined by 2 companies before being accepted by by own bank. See if she can go to her bank. you bank no you better then anyone, and r the most likely providers to lend to you. Im always in my overdraft and owe money, but my bank still accepted me...EVEN after having two credit checks that same week!! xxxx

Oh that is terrible news!!! Can't you find another hospital where you can pay by instalments? Why don't you try working freelance or part-time for some extra money? I used to do freelance translations from home. I know this sounds useless but try watching "Bad Teacher" if you have time and it will make you feel better
