How important is front fastening pjs?
I usually wear nighties or cami/t-shirt pjs, I've been reading post op you need button up pjs, but I'm struggling to find many that I like and in my price range, they have to be cotton, short sleeve and preferably cropped leg (I get hot in bed) I realise I shouldn't/won't be able to raise my arms much but is there a way of getting a t-shirt or cami pj top on to save me buying new nightwear?

Re: How important is front fastening pjs?
If you buy a large sized stretchy vest that you can step into and pull up over your body you should be fine in those if you'd rather not buy the buttons ups.
Botton ups are far easier babe, but I had no problems at home stepping into stretchy vest tops and pulling 'em up and over my boobs and getting my arms in, I bought 2 sizes bigger though and had to give 'em to charity after as they were HUGE! haha but did the job. xx

Thanks hun, I'm scouring ebay but still can't find anything, so I might just do what you suggest.

I bought 2 button up nightshirts - one from asda and one from tesco. They were only about £10 each. I probably couldn't have managed without them for at least the first few days.

Re: How important is front fastening pjs?
I'm taking a really big nightie with me and have got a track suit with a strappy top to wear for the day time if I want to wear proper clothes.
I'm also taking a pair of leggings, and another couple of thin tops which go over my head. I'm really short of cash now with the op coming up, so I'm gonna have to make do with what I've already got. x x x

I need to check out primark as that's the only place I haven't been and they haven't got their stuff to view online :( Got plenty of leggings for day wear post op, but again not sure about tops, I don't wear shirts or blouses, so will need to get some vest tops.
Thanks for the amazon link hun didn't even think about there.
