Re: LOL I'm so stupid!!!
Gummy Bear breast implants are comprised of cohesive silicone gel designed to retain shape and consistency whilst providing realistic movement and response to touch. The implant casing is very similar to other products on the market but unlike traditional fluid-filled implants the Gummy Bear breast implant uses solid silicone gel inside the casing....so... the silicone gel holds its shape for longer according to research so Gummy Bear implants may come with a longer guarantee than saline implants. The main causes of rupture within breast implants are rippling or wrinkling. Rippling and wrinkling occur in fluid filled implants where the inner material migrates with body movement and cause the outer casing to crease. Gel implants retain consistency and shape and are not as affected by gravity or movement. This means they are less prone to rupture and remain safe even if they do.... :flowers: ....

Re: LOL I'm so stupid!!!
I do believe all silicone implants are now cohesive gel.Or at least they should be for safety sake. Before if one ruptured it was a mess inside of you when the doctor tried to remove them after the brake. Now it stays more coagulated and is easy to remove if they do rupture.

Re: LOL I'm so stupid!!!
...you are right Emme-Kate.....I've been told that "Inspire Naterelle" Implants are like gummy bear, but it's not true..Only Natrelle410 and Naterell510 are filled with cohesive gel..With Inspire I had a 2 gel options:Resposive and Soft Touch....Responsive are similar to CUI implants,Soft Touch are firmer but still not the same as cohesive gel implants.I'm talking about NATRELLE collection..I supposed to have responsive gel,but I went for Soft Touch over my muscle....
