lifting things after 'UNDERS'
HI all,
Im 11 days post op today with unders and just wondering if anyone knows if i can start lifting my little girls yet? I read somewhere that if you lift too early after unders the preassure can turn the implant?????
any advice on this??

no not yet if you can help it. You need to be careful of that as long as you can. I understand its difficult. I left it 4 weeks, and timed my BA carefully so it was in the summer holidays and i could stay at home and avoid lifting

I wouldnt no im 11 days too although my childern are alot older ...When i return to work nxt i've told my boss im doing light duites ONLY ....or i will sign myself of sick for the nxt 4wks ...Not worth taking the risk of pulling yourself .

I probably started pickin my little boy up at around 7 days and I had unders, but it was really carefully and only because I felt ok. He is also really light for an 18mth old or I wouldn't have done it! My little girl who is 3 usually wants carried around all the time but I've stopped all that ha!! Just b really careful! I hoovered 4 the 1st time yest and felt my scars pullin slightly so won't b doin that again! xx

I wont be going round the shops trying on tops for a few days ,,,lol my right one shouted at me with a nice big sharp pain this morning ...grrr i was having fun as well ... never mind always nxt week to go shopping lol xx
