Re: uplift confusion!!
Well I was asking for 250's because I thought my 225's were going to be too small (I know its a different scale to you, but the advice probably applies to you too) by time he uplifted and cut skin away. But he told me that having an uplift doesn't make you smaller.....So I'm guessing you will be able to have the same size? I know they like to take it a little bit smaller though so that your skin has chance to heal, rather than tightening and then over-stretching again. So he took 25cc off for me so that I have a better healing process xxx

Re: uplift confusion!!
I was told the dame thing,I didn't lose size.Only a little bit of skin was removed. It worked out to be about a few grams in weight total from both breasts.
Have they suggested what type of lift you'll need?I can't remember if I ask you that before.

Re: uplift confusion!!
I had to have an uplift after my original BA didnt correct the sag. He left the same implants in there, and it was fine

Re: uplift confusion!!
I had a fair amount of skin removed at side of breast as well with uplift but still was able to have 500's. Like abbie said, I'm sure your original size will be fine. Do you have a date yet ? x

Re: uplift confusion!!
I honestly don't think you need an anchor lift.I'd be shocked if you needed anything more than a peri-areola lift with that size implnat going in at the same tiem.Let us know what you find out!

Re: uplift confusion!!
Here's hoping for a non anchor option which would be great if they are only borderline. I had no choice as mine were sooo droopy ha ha but still happy with everything so far x

Re: uplift confusion!!
i wouldnt be frightened of an anchor tbh. I had lolli on one side and anchor on the other, and the scarring looks pretty much the same, which is not bad at all.
Obviously a lot of it depends on the skill of your surgeon though

Re: uplift confusion!!
from what ive seen of peri-areolar/doughnut lifts though, the minimal amount of nipple lift they give you, is not worth the operation.
I dont think ive seen a single person on here whos had a doughnut lift who thought the result was adequate.
It might be worth posting a question to James and getting his opinion x

Re: uplift confusion!!
So much money not to be entirely happy and I'd be doing the same as you to go back. You are quite right to keep searching for true-boobiness xx

Re: uplift confusion!!
abbie is so right about the scars, they heal nicely!Especially the ones around the areola and straight down.I'm noticing that those are the ones getting lighter the fastest. My horizontal one is still dark pink in most areas though.
abbie, was there a point in your healing where you noticed a big improvment in your scars?
