Being a mum of 4 it has to be natural for me but i do like the fake look aswell (if i was younger) If i wear a katie Price bra though I can get a high rounded fake look.Keep that for when I'm out with the girlies !

I voted natural look, as I hope that mine look reasonably natural when they're done. I do love the fake look on other people but I dont have the guts to go for it myself... yet...

natural for me but i like the look of big natural ones, i'm hoping when mine drop and fluff they will look like big natural ones.
do like the fake look too though.

I voted natural as my preference, it's why I've selected a smaller implant. But I don't know what the result will be like on me so I have to be prepared to like the fake one on me too! eep...

yeah in bras and little tops they do nat but in sweaters and some t shirts they realy look quite small lol it's strange.
i actually think it's because they are so close together just now but when they settle down over time they might not be stuck so close.

it's just a good angle lol.....honestly i think everyone should try it just to see.
just hold the camera up at about shoulder level and aim it down at your boobs it makes them look bigger. Boobs

i went for unders to get a more natural look but i really do like the more 'fake' look as well...how some moment where i wish i'd gone for overs but i was just really scared of them looking tooo 'stuck on' think the 'fake' looking ones can look amazing though and actually if i stick mine in a good push up they look super fake anyway lol wheras with a normal bra they look more natural so best of both xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I said natural as I dont think the roundness at the top would suit me as im really boney on my chest area, but I do like the fake look on some girls. Its difficult to say generally though as what suits one person might not suit another but both can look amazing.

I like both looks, but personally for me I prefer the natural look. Although in my avatar pic, they look rounded and fake but I like that too!!! (Clear as mud!!)

I like that mine look pretty natural when naked, or in a sports bra, but that I can get a rounded fake look in a balconette bra. Boobs for all occasions! LOL

A couple of my friends favoured the fake look when having their ops and they do turn a hell of a lot of heads when we're out but one of my friends has completely natural looking implants and it looks so nice on her so I think I'm more likely to go for the natural look... I want them to look like they were always that way, if you know what I mean?! Heart

i'm not sure what i prefer i voted natural cus i guess i wouldn't want to walk down the street and have people saying "shes had a boob job" but i love the glamour model look so i want big implants but not too big and a good cleavage i've not really seen enough boobs to compare them lol xxxx
