Re: v pillow?
I bought a v-pillow last week in M&S for £10 (including cover) - I had my op yesterday and it really helped me get some sleep. I would highly recommend getting one. Rach x

Re: v pillow?
I thought it said £15 on the shelf but was a tenner on my receipt. Still good value at £15 as comfy. I think Argos do them cheaper still.

Re: v pillow?
V Pillow was the best thing I bought, still use it now as it's so comfy to prop myself up in bed to read.
I got mine from argos and it was £6.99 or thereabouts.

Re: v pillow?
Hi Lookoutgirl!
I think you just prop up with your back to the middle of the V, that way you can sleep in an inclined position but and have our arms rest on the pillow part. Hopefully this will encourage you to stay in that position as well for some time.
In general, I don't like the idea of sleeping in an inclined position!! I tried it for a nap today and really had a hard time!!!!

Re: v pillow?
This might sound really stupid, but I've never used a V pillow before and want to get one for my lift and BA, but how do you use it??
Does the V bit go at the top so your head is on it or at the bottom so the bottom of your back is on it?

Re: v pillow?
i wouldn't have a clue either rach.. i used one when i was preg's with my twins.. but my belly lay on it.. lol
i without anyone to tell me different.. i would probably put the V bit at the base of my back.. i would of thought it would arch me backwards slightly, so not hunched over. and the 2 ends would hold my arms up
anyone ??
bey i got that completely backwards.. lol

Re: v pillow?
Hi - 'V-pillows' are a god send and only £7.99 from Argos, althought you could use 2 single pillows to create the 'V'. IMO the more pillows the better.
Here is a picture of my partners 'arm chair in a bed' creation! Sooo comfortable and makes it easier to get in and out of bed. Note the one inch space left for him to sleep on bless him LOL!!!

Re: v pillow?
The v pillows are the best! It really helped prop me up in bed and sit up in the morning with the dreaded morning Boob! There's no way I could gave got up out of bed lying flat. I used my pillow behind my bk to rest my arms on when I was sitting on the couch too xx

Re: v pillow?
Confused!!!!! Thought I would write on this thread as it is relevant...im just a bit thick i think!! I am looking for a V-pillow but im confused...on the Argos website they have one that says 'neck and head' and is £10, or they have a 'full body' one that is £20...will the £10 pillow be big enough?! xxx

Re: v pillow?
HA!! Wouldn't that be a failure! It shows up, and all it does is help you rest your head on your own shoulder!!! Hehehe, no, I think you're on the right track

Re: v pillow?
Prettyinpink I LOVE that wallpaper!
I bought one but didn't use it much. I mainly used lots and lots of normal pillows.
