I am pre BA hun but have started making a list. Going to take Arnica 2 weeks before and after the op.
Bio oil to massage into my boobs but not until 6 weeks after the op.
A v pillow.
Some pjamas that button up so I don't have to lift my arms.
Dry shampoo.
And Im also going to get some lucozade etc to have in the fridge after my op incase I can't cook while my boyfriend is out at work through the day.
