overs to unders anyone???
has anyone gone from having overs to having unders???
if so how was the pain? it will be my 2nd op
im going from 290cc overs to 700cc unders
ps advised to have them under the muscle this time even tho ps says i have plenty of skin for them to go overs he feels they wil look more natural under and will prevent rippling etc
just wondering what pain to expect...also now i have to wait for them to drop and fluff lol

Re: overs to unders anyone???
My surgeon also suggested I have unders too hun, but having had overs previously and liking the look I asked if I could still accomodate overs if overs were my preference, he said yes and I've personally had no problem. I knew my surgeon to prefer unders though, but we talked though what would be right for 'me' and he agreed I could have either.
The difference between yourself and I though Lolly is your size of implant, I had a moderate implant, so sagging will occur naturally over time and I'm well prepared for that and like the natural sag I had from my previous surgery.
With having 700CC implants I'd be very concerned about the risk of sagging and I think I'd have had to give more careful consideration to going under the muscle as the muscle will at least help to hold the implant a little longer than should you have overs, but then as Jen suggested you then put yourself at risk of bottoming out...
As your surgeon has suggested either hun, take time to go through the pro and cons of each placement, taking into account the size, which is a massive jump from what you have right now. Maybe asking James in the 'Ask the surgeon' section of the forum too for his 'expert opinion also babe?
These really are hard decisions to make, so take time to do it right babe. xx
