short infra-mammary to nipple distance??
Hi everyone... I'm a newie here and I was just wanting to ask if anyone else that has had a BA, ever had a surgeon tell them that they have short infra-mammary to nipple distance?? I have wanted to have a BA for quite some time and have only just recently gotten the courage to email a surgeon and see if I'm eligible. You see I dont live close by and would have to travel, so would want to check before paying, travelling etc and see if this is a common or easily fixed issue?? Thanks in advance... :-D

Yes, some girls have this. It just means your crease is too high and it is common for it to be lowered to give a better result. Did the surgeon say it would be a problem?

This is the email they sent back -
Thank you for your email. Dr Chan has reviewed the images you have sent and has advised that you are a suitable candidate for surgery. You may have a short infra-mammary to nipple distance. Dr Chan notes that the quality of the image, the lighting and angle of the photo taken may make you appear different. We will confirm this and discuss this with you in more detail at your consultation.

Sounds like you'll be OK then! I have heard of girls having their crease lowered and it seems to be pretty straighforward. Do you have a consultation booked?
