Hello.. I HAD 400CC and this sounds weird but they dont really seem like there actually in there there not round and all and there is no crease at all they dont look like breasts what does fluffing mean?? xxx

Sorry to hear you dislike them :( The good news is that you're only 2 days post-op :) They're supposed to be weird this early I believe :) Do you have pics?

They always look weird after a BA hun, they can look square, pointy, high up under your chin, cone shaped etc. It takes time for them to look normal and it will take up to a year for them to be fully healed. Fluffing means when the implant settles and softens and drops into a more natural boob shape that you can increase a cup size or more, or just fill out you current cup size better.
