Over the Muscle or Under? Empty Over the Muscle or Under?

Hi everyone :) I'm planning on having a breast lift with implant in August and was just wondering which looks more natural under the muscle or on top? I used to be a natural 34G but I lost weight and alot of breast volume, so I have alot of skin to remove :( but I want the end result to look as natural as possible. Any advice?

your surgeon will be able to inform you of the best placement for you. I imagine now u r maybe around a c cup? or something similar?? perhaps with that much breast tissue, he will most likely decide on overs, as unders r usually for thos with little or no breast tissue. Give your clinic a ring, n get another consultation with you surgeon, n make sure u know exactly what your having n that the surgeon 'gets you'

Either placement will look natural. Your surgeon will be able to determine which.
