Hiya Ejk1. If you type in "scar" in the search bar-top right then it'll show you loads of info on scars and what you can do to help them fade and minimise any lumps! Xx

Aw don't worry hun, we all have these worries. I did the same thing the other day, was massaging my scars with bio oil, felt something hard. Felt like crying. But when I got the courage to feel again, realised it was my rib I could feel feeling the muscle 557141 I'velost weight and not used to feeling them. Massage and bio oil or some type of scar cream will help reduce the scars. Firm massage but only after 6 weeks.
